Originally purchased a groupon for 3 people for quad biking which we had to cancel, we rebooked direct with them and they did the same price for us (its way better for them as groupon keep half the money). Booked a date and had to cancel as my son broke his wrist, he has since had no end of problems with it and it still isnt fixed a year later. Tried to book recently as he could wear a support now but was ignored. I then asked for a refund as i was being ignored and got an immediate response, which was incredibly rude and also told me they were keeping my money despite me not having had the quad bike session (no expiry date was ever mentioned). I obviously dont want to have the session with such rude people but have been told no refund is possible. This is of course theft and they are then of course thieves, i would not book with them again and would advise anyone else to consider the fact they are happy to steal a customers money.
