Made a real effort to turn things around
21/04/2023: I have changed my rating from 3 to 4 star as the CS manager, Sam B, made a real effort to turn things around for me but more importantly, understood the issues I was raising and offered to help.
31/03/2023.Lots of good content but the customer service is terrible. Instead of correcting the issue, it appears that customer service prefers that you do not renew with them.
As a result I don't recommend them to clients anymore and suggest other channels instead.
If they could sort out the customer service element that would make this the go to place. What a shame that one department is really letting this company down.
