Absolutely horrendous service

Lost my item for my sons birthday, tried to get in touch with them to see what's happening you get put on hold for 40 minutes and told they can't answer your questions it will just get raised. It's been 1 month and the replacement still hasn't arrived as well and also not even an offer of a goodwill gesture, just got told take the replacement or a refund. Honestly terrible service and terrible customer service.

Disappointing customer service Ordered well on time but was delivered…

Ordered well on time but was delivered too late for my granddaughters birthday…. Which was most disappointing.

Had to keep chasing the delivery

Called many times but no answer
Emailed but just kept getting automated responses of how busy they were & would respond by 48hours

But no response.

This is ridiculous when delivery is late & you want to know it’s wherabouts?

Finally when it did arrive …… can’t get the blue tooth media to work so need guidance as to how to do this & whether it is faulty .

This company seems to have a non existant customer service which is frustrating for us the customer.

Avoid xootz and their terrible customer service

Avoid buying anything produced by these. Customer services are are a complete joke, bought a comet electric go cart which has a damage wheel asked if they did spares to replace only to be told no try and get one on eBay or Amazon. Imagine the manufacturer not doing parts.
Avoid this company and their products at all costs

Buying was straight forward and my son…

Buying was straight forward and my son loves it. But the product isn’t without flaws. The plastic is quite sharp where the cables come from the handle bar controls into the unit. The cables and brake pipes are starting to cut because of the sharp plastic edge. A bit of foam tape on the edge is required. Also watch out for the brake cable sticking out near the front where the tyre is, just pull the slack from the top and it’s fine.

Great product and quick delivery

Good information and description of product (pogo stick), and quick delivery. The pogo stick itself is great, good quality and works well.

Why not have a solution?

Really disappointing. We ordered one of their peddle karts, granted it was through Very rather than direct. When it arrived, we built it as per the instructions. However, our 8 year old who it was bought for found the gears were slipping while trying to peddle. This is a sealed unit that can’t be tightened or adjusted. It has since gone altogether, I can only assume the chain has snapped. At the point of us discovering it was slipping, we googled to see if there was a solution, only to find there wasn’t and that this was a very common problem. We then contacted Xootz explaining what was happening, and despite it being a regular problem, there is no solution, and they have no replacement parts. All they said was to contact Very who we purchased it off. (which we are doing)
It’s frustrating that despite all the issues they are clearly having, they continue to sell them as they are, which is not good enough, and they don’t want to know or offer any form of a solution. I recommend you avoid their peddle karts. We now have a disappointed 8 year old. Hopefully Very give us a full refund.

A small edit since they have replied. I haven’t learnt anything new, they say the part isn’t available as it’s a sealed unit. I get this, but as it looks to be such a common fault, why are they not made better? Why not replace the whole sealed unit? Still not happy, and I wouldn’t advise anyone to purchase the same item.

Ordered my sons xootz drift he opened…

Ordered my sons xootz drift he opened it on the 5th for his birthday skip to the 10th his back wheel component failed whilst he was riding and he is now without his birthday present! He’s absolutely gutted Who do I contact as £200 is a lot of money for only 5 days use of a product

Remove evri from your courier provider

Although I never revieved my parcel due to evri courier company you made things so easy in issuing a return and refund! Ive used your store many times but I do think you need to change your courier company! They are causing you alot of unnecessary costs because of non delivered items!!
