We have had a positive experience with XBM, had our photocopier for 6 months now and everything is running smoothly. Jamie also likes to look after his customers by checking in from time to time.

Well what can I say but hats off to Naz Haider, a pleasure to do business with and everything Naz said he would provide he did so without any compromise.

Paul is certainly an excellent sales person and someone who will get you a great deal on equipment. Even when there was some issues, where as some sales people will disappear, Paul made sure that everything was done quickly and efficiently.

Javed is excellent when liaising with us on any matters relating to our photocopier. Customer service is first rate and extremely efficient. Steven assisted brilliantly over the telephone when diagnosing some scanning issue we faced. Even the two engineers that came out to us on site were friendly, cheerful and attentive when fixing problems with the machine. I cannot recommend this company enough to people.
