Outstanding communication and service.

I was in communication with at least 5 printer companies regarding setting up a new lease for the office - it was clear from the start that XBM was leagues above the others, and dealing with them set the bar high.

From the initial enquiry through to signing the contract, XBM have been incredibly helpful, and at no point have we had to compromise. The cost, the service, the equipment, all of it has been second to none.

We've only had one service issue that we've had to contact XBM about so far, and this has only offered us further reassurance that we made the right decision. Parts were delivered the next working day, and the engineer arrived the day after that to install. We have a dedicated engineer in our area too.

I'd particularly like to thank our Business Development Manager, Isabel Martinez, who not only made the new contract process swift and easy from the very first enquiry, but has also kept in regular communication to ensure any service issues are dealt with smoothly too. Incredibly happy with the service from start to finish, and would recommend XBM without hesitation.

No issues at all, from quoting through to installation, just the way you want it, I would recommend XBM to everyone.

call out staff have been fantastic when fixing printer issues. Since Isabel has become our account manger there has been a marked improvement on the service we have recived. any issues Isabel is sure to handle it.

We are a charity so, money can often be hard to come by, as such we often need to chase a deal that we can rely upon in times of ups and downs, We've been with XBM since at least 2020, which is to say we had our machine delivered during the pandemic, and configured for remote work and have had no problems or problems that couldn't be fixed by maintenance staff.

Nazmeen & her team have been amazing help with our printers; to ensure they were seen to asap if/when errors occurred which is highly appreciated as being a busy company, majority of our work relies on printing.

Terrible company - hidden pricing, rude incompetent staff, always trying to overcharge and never an apology … even now final payment made in June they’re still trying to take payments by DD. Rude email received “placing my account on hold” for non payment when o don’t owe them anything lol

I am so grateful my contract is finally ending would never consider using them again

We had some inital issues of transaparancy with the pricing and all the associated costs involved in leasing and service charges but after working closely with Dan and Simon we managed to resolve the issue.

Very good response time for call outs if there is any issues with printers for general technical issues. The team is always there to help and get things sorted.

I would recommend using XBM for your printing and scanning solutions.

Excellent service received from Dan at XBM. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the printer that we have leased. He replied promptly to all emails. The quote we received was the best value for money compared to the other 7 quotes that we received. The delivery & installation went smoothly and we are very happy with everything from our first email to receiving our printer. I would recommend XBM.

Original devices we selected were not up to the high output capacity we required. Dan quickly found more suitable devices for our business needs, whilst there was a lead time on the new Kyocera devices Dan ensured we were not without by organising a loan of two Sharp MFDs. New devices delivered and have been working flawlessly for 6 months now. Ordering consumables is easy and straight forward. Great company that have taken the stress out of our print solutions and freed up our IT Team to focus on other things.

Leanne helped us with looking at cost savings and was able to prospectively reduced our costs by roughly £500/ year. The photocopier was a refurbished model which helped reduce our costs further. We are very happy with how the whole process has been, very efficient and supportive.

I had no idea what I should order to do the jobs we needed done. Nazmeen talked me through everything in a very friendly way, making me very pleased to have placed the order. Now I have the printer - I am twice as pleased! It has sped up our office a lot.

Purchased a new Ricoh IMC2500 printer. Nazmeen made the process very easy and explained our options and choices of printers for our requirement. We were in urgent need and whilst we were waiting for delivery of the new printer, Nazmeen arranged for us to have a loan printer. Excellent service!
