Tried it, loved it, can’t live without it!

Really good product
Really good product. Excellent idea especially when travelling. Keeps you clean and fresh. Delivery was quick and presented well. Love the handbag size one too and lovely bag to put it all in. Will definitely be back.

Longtime fan
Been using Wype for a few years now. Introduced them to a bunch of friends and family via the starter packs and have the refill subscription. I have IBS-M and it can be so sore (and messy - TMI I know) and wype has made such a difference. So gentle and soothing whilst also making you feel the cleanest you ever have.

Used twice and then doesn’t dispense - rubbish
Used twice and thereafter couldn’t get any gel out either clogged up in the container or jammed up in the suction straw either way no matter how many times I pumped the mechanism, nothing! It’s not like you want to spend 20 minutes after a poo for the gel to come out! Essentially waste of money and will not buy again!1

I'm so sorry to hear about your experience. I completely understand how frustrating it must be, especially when you've only managed to use the product twice before the pump stopped working. That's certainly not the experience we want you to have.
By the sounds of things, there may be an air bubble trapped in the pump tube. Could you try giving the bottle a good shake with the pump screwed on? This should help release the bubble. Then pump repeatedly until the gel starts dispensing.
Please make sure to keep the bottle upright, as tipping it upside down can cause further issues.

I can highly recommend as superior from the environmentally destructive wet wipes. And as importantly, superior to use. I am really pleased, and taking the small travel size with me in my bag too. Well done for creating such a great product.

Good intentions but disappointing survey
Good until you asked me whether I might be neither male nor female in a survey. I find it really disturbing and weird that a small company would alienate customers by asking about nonsensical and unscientific gender identity rather than just trying to be good at their business. I was answering survey questions in good faith and then you ruined your reputation. It is not worth it, and non-binary is meaningless in law. The ideological capture only undermines you, just as it seeks to undermine family, child safeguarding and women’s rights and protections. Please reconsider this in future, as you look very silly.

It’s very nice to have a means to clean but it’s taking some getting used to. Maybe it’s just that I’m clumsy but the gel doesn’t always get to the right place! I would recommend quality loo paper too. But I’m keeping on trying.
