Ordered in October 2023 and I haven't got it. Availability was Autumn, haven't got my order. Now the availability is January/February. February is ending and still nothing. Do not recommend, it is an absolute scam!!!.

Ordered in July some eggs, the site stated as IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY. Heard nothing from them for quite a while and now, on the last day of October, I found the eggs in my mailbox.

I wonder what am I supposed to do with them, given that:

1. I'm in less than a month going to be away for an extended period for xmas, and the larvae take 2-3 months to develop;
2. There's no longer any leaves to feed the larvae -- they call it WINTER, here, in Europe.

These guys are not serious and should be avoided at all costs.

Excellent service got what I wanted in no time at all then even got a refund on my postage charge. Would definitely use again.

Absolutely awful company.
I made an account on the 16th (my birthday) and ordered some Luna moth eggs.
However I accidentally got logged out after placing the order, and realised I had written my email incorrectly so I couldn’t log back in. I emailed them kindly informing them of this and asked them to keep me updated VIA email. They responded back saying that they had never received a payment under my name, which wasn’t right as they had already took the money out of my bank. I was confused about when the eggs would arrive, because a lot of the butterflies and moths on their site said ‘NOW’ on their availability, but the Luna moths said ‘JULY’. I politely asked if my eggs would arrive THIS July or July 2024. I had no response for a day, and I tried contacting them again. I asked them the same question and asked for an estimate of when my order would arrive, and I got a response saying that they still had not received an order from my name and that I should ‘reorder.’ I kindly asked for a refund and got no response. I called my bank about the situation, they gave me this code to email to the company to make them pay me back. I did, and they responded saying they had sent my money back. It’s been a few hours and still haven’t received the money. It seems most people are having issues with this company, people’s insects are arriving dead or extremely late, or have had issues with their money and the poor customer service. If you want to order moths or butterflies, I suggest finding a different company to purchase from as this one is not worth your time, you will end up either losing money or being extremely disappointed in your order.

Sono dei truffatori. Tutte le volte che ho acquistato sempre dei problemi. Nella migliore delle ipotesi ordini 50 uova e si schiudono 5 o 6 le altre risultano sterili. NON morte nel viaggio ma sterili, messe apposta da chi le invia (dico ciò perchè sono un medico esperto in esami citologici e che quindi ho condotto sulle uova regolarmente e vi garantisco che quasi il 75% erano sterili - nessun embrione nessuna cellula embrinale).
L'ultimo mio acquisto ho pagato per la spedizione in 48 ore e questi SIGNORI cosa fanno? usano una spedizione standard: risultato le poche uova fertili sono arrivate schiuse e morte. Ho chiesto spiegazioni e la risposta è stata, che avrebbero chiesto informazioni al loro fornitore ma a quasi un anno nessuna altra risposta seria oltre ad una storia strappa lacrime di gente che deve accudire la moglie malata (mi auguro che sia falso per la signora e che si tengano i soldi) e che pertanto non ha avuto tempo per la risposta. Ma dopo altre otto mesi e sollecitazioni nessuna risposta. In una parola LADRI.

It took me a while to work out that the order would not be shipped until ready but it was worth the wait. The mixed exotic pupae were fantastic! They looked so healthy despite the trip in the post. The mix provided was great: we had, amongst others, an owl moth and a morpho! We also go 2 extra pupae and we thoroughly enjoyed watching our first butterflies hatch!

Second time buyer. First time i bought 2 pupae and 1 of them was unfortunately dead, i don't know why. But the other one emerged! Second time i bought 4 pupae and they have all hatched and are now stunning butterflies. I'd highly recommend this site, just be sure to check when the species you are buying is availiable etc. I also experienced super fast shipping! I will buy again thank you!

Ordered my second moth enclosure from this site and I was amazed that it was delivered next day. Easy to assemble with instructions that were provided in the package. Enclosure looks the real deal. Cannot wait to rear my Death's Head Hawk Moths in here.

I have never ordered livestock from this site so I cannot comment on that side of things.

Edit: I've now ordered pupae from this site and the service was prompt and impeccable. I have already ordered another set of pupae after receiving such wonderful service from the owner.

I have used this company several times in the past few years. Not anymore the company has ' Gone to pot'. This May I placed an order. It never arrived and my order history shows nothing. Attempt to contact them proved Negative. They appear to have removed their phone number. They were quick to take my money without any delivery. I would advise anyone to avoid this company like the plague. I would think that the in the future will go bust.

I have wanted specific species that have been offered from w.w.b. I read the reviews and was very much put off due to the negative feedback. I knew someone that had eggs from this company that have recently hatched, so I decided to take the plunge.
I ordered eggs over the weekend and to my suprise I had recieved them the following Tues a.m. 3 days after ordering. THANKYOU.
I am still waiting eggs from another specie but the website makes it very clear that if items arnt available they will be sent as priority once they have them in stock. I don't mind waiting as long as I get them.
***UPDATE*** the 2nd lot of ova I ordered arrived the same week. Eggs I ordered have all hatched except 2 and larvae are very healthy.

Ordered eggs in June last year, have never arrived and no one has responded to messages. Clear a scam site.
Edit 1 - well well well, some eggs finally arrived, more than a year after ordering, will update if they're alive.

I persevered with this site for a few years but in the end, gave up on them. Their customer service is appalling. Orders don’t arrive (18 months late!) and when you eventually get hold of someone, they are rude. Orders arrive early when the food stuff needed isn’t available!

FRAUD!!! I brought butterflies over a year ago and they still haven't arrived there is no one to speak to and did not get a refund be careful do not buy from this website i learnt the hard way!!!!

I have a two part order. The first lot arrived back in July however all larvae were dead on arrival. I have raised two customer support queries to date but have had no response.

Not sure if it’s website not delivering messages or no resources to deal with support issues.

I made an order in May, after about six weeks submitted an online form to say they had not arrived - no response. Two emails later had a response to say they would resend - nothing received. Have emailed lots of times since and now they are not responding to my emails. I have been asking for a refund for over a month to no avail. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY - or you will be receiving nothing for your money

Placed an order in May for a species which was listed as 'Available now'. Six weeks later I am still waiting. Sent three emails asking for a refund, no reply. AVOID!!!

I ordered two items, only one arrived. Unfortunately, the eggs did not hatch as they were parasitised and small wasps emerged at a later date. I spent the summer politely emailing Worldwide Butterflies every month for four months but they never replied. They took my money and did not compensate me. This made me feel bad and stopped me ordering from them. I had been a customer for 40 years.

This company actually exists and they do ship you what you ordered, if not you can cancel and they refund your order for you to spend on the site.

The butterflies I ordered came just in the stage that is writen on the website. The packaging it’s not perfect, in terms of safety for these animals, but it delivers. And most importantly, I can see they love and treat them the best way they can!

I recommend.

Obs: don’t know what’s with the bad reviews, these guys are grumpy.

I have been purchasing from this site for the last year and have had nothing but positive results from what I have purchased and those running the site they have been very communicative and replaced lost live stock free of charge in the past for me as well. For those saying they have waited since May till August be aware there is availability when ordering certain species due to certain species having flight seasons that vary through out the year, especially with non native to your region so keep that in mind!!!!
