We are so pleased with our new bed! We were contacted regularly throughout the ordering process right through to delivery. We ordered the king size Sophie in cream. Its comfortable, good quality and looks fabulous in our bedroom. The delivery was booked for mid afternoon but arrived much later than the time slot due to traffic, so thanks also to the guys who delivered and built our bed before a long journey home. We would definitely recommend this company.😊

It's so refreshing to see a company that builds everything in the UK and sources the materials in the UK. I purchased a bed frame and a mattress. As soon as we got them delivered we could see straight away their outstanding quality. We were concerned that the iron bed frame may not be very stable but it proved us wrong and it couldn't be more solid, stable and quiet. We were unable to go to the showroom to try the mattress so I spent some time on the phone with the customer service that was extremely helpful in trying to put words to mattress comfort - which isn't an easy task ! We're very happy with our mattress, and the thought that everything it's made of is natural material and sourced in the UK brings a huge value to it. These are important purchases in life and absolutely worth spending more for better quality - and it all comes with decades of warranty. This company seems to me to be at the top of their field by far in the UK!

Having browsed various options I settled on Iron & Brass Bed Company as they’re a UK family company employing local craftsmen who I hoped would take a pride in their product and service. From having placed the order direct online for a bed and two side tables in a particular RAL colour, my expectations were exceeded. Commmnication was excellent and having elected for the home assembly service they were courteous and took care to ensure everything was as we wanted, and we are very pleased with the bed and tables Thank you to all concerned.

Love my ‘Lily’ black iron bed from The Wrought Iron and Brass Bed Co, bought through John Lewis. It’s sturdy, comfortable, traditional, elegant and will always be en vogue. I don’t think I will ever tire of it. The Bed Co were in contact with me from the start of the order to post delivery, always professional and helpful. I love that they are a family run business and their beds are made in England. Their people delivered and assembled within 15 mins and were polite and efficient.

Fabulous service from start to finish! From point of sale to delivery and assembly of the bed every step was seamless. The bed looks amazing so classy and timeless. You can instantly see by the quality and sturdiness of the bed it will definitely last a lifetime. I am on a mission now to replace the rest of the beds in our house with these gorgeous beds!

From order to delivery, communication has been fab. Delivery was spot on. We chose to assemble the bed ourselves, which was super easy following the video tutorial. We did have issues with the finials, but was dealt with very efficiently. Thank you

Our Sophie bed was ordered via John Lewis, but the order was handled swiftly and in a very timely way by WIBB, and from the start their timings were accurate, even to the day/time of delivery, so Thank you!

The product is so well-made, and with the addition of brass bedknobs really added to the freshly-decorated room's appeal. Excellent!!

We ordered the Grace double bed and we are delighted with it, exactly as described and pictured. The mattress is very comfortable. The delivery men assembled it for us and removed all wrappings very efficiently. The company was easily contactable for advice.
We did have some slight issues around delivery, the day offered for delivery did not suit particularly well but the next available date was more than a month away. Delivery was supposed to be morning but was actually 2pm. We are in Scotland, that probably makes delivery a bit more difficult.
Overall definitely recommend these beds and this company but dont rely on an exact delivery time.

I’ve bought three beds now from the Wrought Iron & Brass Company. Communication has been efficient, professional and friendly. The bed frames and mattresses are first rate. The delivery teams are efficient, tidy and friendly. I made space for a bedframe, the doorbell rung, and very soon I had a new bed assembled. Highly recommended.

Very good quality products and customer service

From the very first enquiry through to the delivery and assembly the service has been superb. The sales team went above and beyond to ensure that the bed frame would go up my quirky stairs and the delivery men did the same. The bed frame is beautiful and is great quality.

Excellent product. Good communication. Easy to put together. It’s our 2nd one from the company so we knew it would be great. Would have given full marks but slightly concerned about the handling of such a high value item by the deliverers. It seemed to be just chucked in the back of an untidy van.

I took delivery of my new bed yesterday and am absolutely delighted with it - looks beautiful and a wonderful addition to my home!
