In hindsight, this is very obviously a scam. Someone clearly not UK based, promising things and trying to get you to make a decision quickly so that they can scam you as fast as possible. Luckily it was ‘only’ £50 for me but please be aware this is a scam, and that the handful of reviews all suspiciously done on the same day praising them are also fake.

Always buy my ticket from this travel agency and they are very helpful and very flexible with their payment method. I alway paid my instalment and booking is very easy with them

Flight booking was quick and affordable. They gave me multiple options to choose from, which I liked.

I booked an Umrah package with them and everything was well-organized. The team stayed supportive throughout the journey.

I paid £3,800 to World Land Travels in December for 4 airline tickets to Nigeria. The money was transferred to their Lloyds Bank account. Out of 4 tickets, only ONE was ever issued – the other 3 never appeared (outstanding £2967).

My wife, daughter, and sister-in-law were due to travel on 18th December, but Mr Khan never issued their tickets. Instead he issued multiple tickets that were invalidated when we checked them on line. He lied that the numbers was wrong, but did not know we called the airline, who commented that the ticket is not a scam. Mr Khan, proceeded to dodge my calls, fed my wife daily excuses, and demanded an extra £3,000 on top of what was already paid. When I pressed him to meet at his “office,” he refused – and no wonder. The address he gave is a derelict, abandoned house.

This is not an isolated incident. Looking at other reviews, the same pattern of fraud is clear: take money, issue one ticket (if any), and keep the rest. This is not incompetence – it’s a scam.

This is my hard-earned money, stolen. World Land Travels is tarnishing the name of legitimate travel agents and destroying public trust. This company is fraudulent and must be shut down.

We paid £2,967 (£989 each) and a fourth ticket for £833 towards our trip to Nigeria in December which made up a total of £3,800 to World Land Travels for 4 airline tickets. The funds were transferred via bank transfer to their Lloyds Bank account. Out of 4 tickets purchased, only ONE ticket was ever issued – the remaining 3 tickets are still outstanding. I can see same pattern in the complaints here on the company page.

We were to travel on the 18th of December and every day Mr Khan had a new story why he has not issued our tickets. He, eventually sent us a fake ticket and when we checked online with Turkish airline, it was a scam, we were told to contact the agent. My sister called him and he stated that we should pay him extra money ( £3000) which we agreed to, as we needed to go and celebrate with our family, however, my sister suggested coming to pay him cash physically and get our tickets. He declined my sister coming to the office, because he knows that the office address he has on companyhouse registration, is fake and does not exist. He then went cold, stopped taking our calls and only send texts, "I will get back to you". This is nine months later and Mr Khan is yet to refund us.

Booked a flight with them for my whole family in Jan. to fly on July 2025. Already paid £3,500 only to be told that we are not flying and that the airline cancelled our flight. They are charging additional £1000 to find a different flight. They have dismissed our calls and email. Also postal letters don’t get delivered on their registered address on their invoice. No flights provided and they’ve got our money. All scam, I don’t know how this people can sleep at night for doing things like this to others. They are hard work earned money that you scammed from us. I hope no one else will get scammed by this travel agency.

With regards to your reply. I was not late with the payment. It was an installment and every month I am sending payment, why are you only informing a month before my flight about it. You waited until I made majority of the payment. The issue is that you didn’t provide me with a ticket and no refund given. You’ve got my £3,500 with no flights and refund. You can’t possibly say that you are keeping the whole £3,500. There must be some refund there.

We booked an AC van and agreed a price. On the day they could not send a van so sent a car instead. This was tight space for our needs and not comfortable but it did get us to the airport.
The owner was reluctant to drop the rate but eventually did knock a very small amount off.
Our driver was really pleasant which earned a rating star but I would not use this firm again
