I read some bad reviews about these guys, but thought I would give them a go as they had a rifle in stock which I had my eye on for a while. I placed the order and within 2 working days my item arrived, no issues at all. I even called up in between and was given very friendly, helpful service. I used my S&T T21 on the weekend and was very happy with how it performed. Cheers guys!

What a company who's taken over wolf-armouries, bbgunsforless now. Paid for some stuff with express delivery, time of order they had them in stock. Days later still haven't been sent and I was told that they were out of stock but no calls or e mails I found this out when I contacted them, bad customer service too. Order number #13404 can't believe they are still allowed to operate under the old name when if fact there someone else.

(Edited and updated) Atrocious. I used to purchase there when they were still based in Camden. At the beginning of this week I ordered an item online and paid for express delivery, next day despatch. Since then the item has not arrived and I have received no tracking information and no further communication from them. My order is still showing as 'unfulfilled'. My e-mails for a status update have gone unanswered and even attempts to call them led to a long wait on the 'phone followed by an auto voice informing me that messaging is full and no further voice messages can be left. I noticed also that Wolfarmouries is now using the same contact details that 'bbguns4less' uses. UPDATE: bbguns4less contacted me this morning to confirm that they own 'wolfarmouries', and that my order is on its way and they apologised for the 'confusion' - but clearly they have a complete incompetent running the wolfarmouries department. 2nd Update: 12th August. Still no sign of it and still no update about the delivery status. Update: 15th August : still no sign of my item and my last e-mail wasn't even replied to. I'm contacting them one last time before demanding a refund..

Absolutely severely disgusting customer service, especially from John, actively trying to terrify customers away because he thinks he's some sergeant major of the police force and threatening them for no reason. Also, they have a lot of fake reviews

I went in there to have my gun, that I had shredded the bucking of get chrono'd and possibly fixed, and to purchase some other items as well. When they opened the door, I was greeted by a "What do you want?!" which is the worst way to greet a customer going into your shop to purchase something. I have video evidence of me leaving home with a clear mag well, which must have fallen into due to transportation, and when John had opened up, he acted like there was an active nuclear bomb that was about to go off. He screamed and constantly berated and patronised me that I had bought a loaded gun into a shop(as if its an AR-15 that could go off at any second, which is "extremely illegal", he would say (it is not, I have checked with my solicitor, this is not America, this is a sniper toy with nothing loaded into the actual bolt and the safety fully armed and pointing away form everyone) (it is an airsoft gun in an airsoft shop) i would argue its more dangerous to have a loaded bb in the chamber with no mag in the, mag well.

It is, however, not something that should have happened. Instead of calmly explaining it to me and giving me some advice on the company policy, he would continue to scream at me as if I had committed a major crime. I took accountability for this mini-mishap and would constantly apologise and thank John for his advice. Still, he would scream at me yet again to NEVER DO IT AGAIN! acting as if I was a child in school(I am a grown man).As if he were a police officer of the law. This power-hungry ego is manic, he believes that because he calls himself marshal, he is some authority equivalent to the law.

I had at the time Put in the Full Thrust system in my Novristch ssg-10, and he kept advising that if I was to shoot someone with the.64mm bbs, I would get sued for millions of pounds for (which I wouldn't be, the site may be sued if they allowed it and weren't insured for it or I may had been banned if i was using it without there knowledge. The bb is actually safer because it hits a larger surface area slowing it down and is less dangerous alltogether.

Who would be pathetic enough to sue someone for getting shot by an airsoft BB at an airsoft event.

People make mistakes, and instead of moving on and assisting me with purchasing my products, he would continue to shout at me and kick me out of the store as I had told him I had been skirmishing for 5 years. He kept calling me a liar on the way out and would tell me that I was gonna get stopped by the police on my e-scooter that he has no business on commenting on. He should be fired instantly.

I will be making a video on this disgusting service, people like him are the main reason why we don't have more people playing airsoft because of this disgusting, toxic environment.

Bought a Tokyo Marui from them,nice price good communication trough email,fast shipping and good item I have no complaints!

Placed an order for an AEG which went on back order.

Month later I find the same AEG in stock elsewhere so I call wolf armouries and ask for my order to be cancelled, which the guy on the phone advises he will process a refund.

Few hours later I get an email confirming a partial refund £12.73 less than what I paid.

Again I call wolf armouries and tell them they made a mistake and short changed me £12.73.

I was advised by the guy that it is not a mistake and that they charged me for cancellation service fees….. “as per there terms and conditions”.

Firstly who reads legal terms when buying something small…… secondly how on earth can you charge a customer cancellation fees for something they haven’t even got in stock! I made it clear on the phone I was not happy but the guy did not care.

Anyway I ended up contacting my credit card company and made a chargeback, explaining the bad business practice of wolf armouries.

The card company was in my favour and they reversed the money taken by wolf armouries….

Was it worth the hassle making a claim for such a small sum of money…. It sure was! It’s just the principles. Also, now they are out of pocket because of card charges which they can thank their own greed.

Really nice shop lots of good quality aursoft gear. Staff were friendly and helpful, i will definitely be back.

Ordered my RIF back a few months ago, was on back order and I knew it would take some time for them to get it in to the shop - absolutely fine.

What annoys me the most is that they sent it out faulty, or didn’t even test fire it to make sure it works as it should. I took it to my first game day (Saturday) and the fire selector refused to work. It was locked to full auto. I called them the next working day, they gave me a UPS returns label, I returned it the following Wednesday. They received it a couple days later and I had to call them to verify they got it back. They said what the problem was and would be a “quick fix”….

Wolf have had my RIF for a full month plus a few and I have called them every few days asking for updates and getting the same answer as usual…”it’s in the queue with the engineer”

No communication, terrible post-customer service and completely forgotten about.

If it gets to two months I’ll have to take another route to get my money back as I’m sure this isn’t following consumer rights.

I completely understand they might be busy. And airsoft is growing like the plague…but I wouldn’t be so upset if they kept me updated & it seems they’re happy to take your money but as soon as something happens they don’t want to know about it.

I have ordered a gun and decided to send it back as UPS wont give me the package. I have been trying to contact them for two weeks with multiple emails and was hoping for a reply, but I have not received a single reply. I am really disappointed about this.

Reasonable price, useful suggestion, high quality products and good service. Will come here again.

I purchased a Airsoft gun off Wolf Armouries when the item arrived the box it arrived in was very worn out and tired, by this i mean it wasn't only showing signs of damage in shipping but of age, after carefully looking over the box i noticed a sticker dating the the item from 9th 2014, they sent me an item 3.5years old which has been sat on a shelve getting roughed up, their excuse is its a none perishable item which is true but the packaging is in a tired bad state it looks the 3 years old, is this the type of service you expect from Wolf, they also sent out the Gun missing its front flip up site good job i checked or i would of been giving an airsoft gun as a present that you cant aim apart from pointing it in the rough direction you want to fire. i found the staff to be very unhelpful and not willing to help in any way they seem to think sending out tired old stock as new is ok.

-Had an issue, but was swiftly resolved thanks to their EXCELLENT customer service
