I'm a 50 year old mum to a 16 year old MSFS mad boy... when I was looking for a PC to buy him for his birthday that would give him a better experience than the XBox (and didn't cost the earth!) I came across an interview with Dan from Wired2fire on youtube... Dan made all the technical jargon clear and was incredibly helpful with suggestions for a PC build that wouldn't cost the earth but would do the job really well. He also rushed the order through so it would be delivered in time for my son's 16th birthday. I can absolutely recommend Dan and his team at Wired2fire - they were so helpful and patient and bent over backwards to make sure my son got the best PC spec I could afford. Took delivery of the PC last Friday and ever since my son has been glued to it and keeps telling me how amazingly fast it is and how clear the graphics are compared to his XBox series X (whatever all that means!!). I have one very happy boy and I can't thank Dan and his team enough - they're amazing!

I checked out Wired2Fire as I was in the market for a new PC. I found Wired2Fire's prices were excellent, when compared to other PC suppliers, so I ordered a bespoke PC (based on their Predator platform) from them. I found the guys really easy to speak to and the advice that I was given about a suitable specification, was right on the money. My PC arrived approximately 10 days after I ordered it. Following the activation of Windows, I installed MSFS, but it did not want to run correctly and hung-up consistantly during the Checking for Updates phase. After a number of attempts to run the sim, I contacted the Microsoft Flight Simulator Support team. To be fair to them, they did offer some assistance, but it did not sort my problem. At this point I was about to give up and resort to installing FSX. I then decided to speak to Dan at Wired2Fire. Dan logged on to my PC remotely and was able to diagnose the problem as being a corrupted Windows install. Dan invited me over to Wired2Fire to fully test my PC and to re-install Windows 11, followed by a re-install of MSFS. This fixed all of the problems and I left Wired2Fire a very happy man and with a fully functioning MSFS PC.
In summary, Dan spent in excess of 4 hours sorting out my PC at absolutely no cost to me. I can't imagine many companies would have offered this level of service in spending this amount of time with a customer to ensure that they were fully sorted out and happy with their purchase. I can't thank Dan enough for all his efforts and I subsequently can't recommend Wired2Fire enough as a PC manufacturer. Five Star service from Wired2Fire. Thanks Dan and thanks Wired2Fire. I've recently received my new gaming PC from Wired2Fire, having bought from them in the past. Prior to my purchase, I was given advice on the build to suit my requirement, and all queries, whether by email or telephone, were dealt with extremely quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Wired2Fire, particularly as they offer life time support, and are so easy to contact. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Just had an absolutely fantastic gaming pc delivered. A big thanks to Dan and Alex who were always available to answer my questions and offer advice on what components would best suit my needs. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend Wired2Fire.

Purchased a Flight Sim PC which was delivered last week, unfortunately had a problem initially thought to be the graphics card, returned same for testing, but appeared ok !
I bit the bullet and travelled from Cambridge to their premises with the PC having phoned Dan and Alex numerous times, during which they were thoroughly helpful and understanding.
Left it with them and stayed locally overnight, during which time they carried out numerous checks and found the problem to be a faulty PSU, which they changed and then all was good.
The guys were thoroughly professional, helpful and a pleasure to deal with.
I would have no hesitation recommending them if you are in the market for a PC. Excellent Service all round.

Learned about Wired2fire from the Simhanger YouTube Flight Simulation channel. I mailed Wired2fire a configuration I thought would be good for me to run MSFS2020 and they immediately came back to me with a better configuration and an explanation why. This, in fact, was less expensive than my original choice!

The PC was built and delivered within the time frame advertised with substantial packing. It’s a fantastic PC and I’m very pleased with it. Any support queries are answered immediately. A great company.

Just received my third gaming rig from w2f.
The last one I had from them, was nearly nine years ago....and still dealing with nearly everything very well.
The staff are very helpful. And being able to speak to the people directly involved is a huge plus.
I was glad to find they now offer, budget, mid range and high spec builds.
And the component range they offer has expanded greatly since my last purchase.
Great company, would not hesitate to deal with them again.

Got in touch with Wired2fire re what PC would be suitable for me - elderly with moderate IT skills. They were brilliant. helped me with a great deal of straight forward language which I could understand.
Had the machine now for just under a year and minor problem occurred.
Called them - they could not be more helpful. Suggested a couple things. Didn't work. Got in remotely, no luck.
No problem out came packaging to return to them.
hopefully will be back to me soon.

A quick shout out for W2F. had a niggle with my PC, contacted W2F by phone and given suggested remedies. Didn't work so took PC to their premises in Dorking following week and Alec dealt with the problem there and then while I waited. Top class service so many thanks to Dan & Alec.

Fantastic Company. I have had a machine from them for 5/6 years now and also had some upgrades a couple of years ago that they did for me. Nothing is ever too much trouble and the support is amazing at all times.
They are not a 'small business', but compared to some of the custom PC builders they are, but they give big business customer service and the quality of their work is great. I wouldn't go anywhere else

Wired2Fire built me a top notch lightning quick system for flight sim. I have seen my FPS go from 19 in X plane 11 with my old system to 100 with this new machine. Really pleased with the company and the machine.

Thank you Dan and the team for building an impressive 2021 PC for me. Your customer service is excellent. The build quality is excellent with a very neat cabling solution. The computer was doubled boxed with tons of air-filled bags around the PC cabinet box. The GPU was held firmly in place by anti-static foam.

This is my second PC from this excellent company, the first one is just coming up to 10 years old and is still going strong! The PC has been built for flight simulation.

I did my research before I decided to take the plunge and buy a new PC and Wired2Fire kept coming top of the list. I'm so glad that I chose them to build it. To say I'm extremely pleased is an understatement. The PC itself is fantastic and cable management and the general aesthetic effect is brilliant. I had been slightly concerned about the PC being damaged in transit but it was particularly well protected. It will be a while before I need to replace it but I'll be back to W2F when I do. Highly recommended.

Bought a Predator PC from this company and upgraded a few of the specs with great and impartial help from Dan.
Was made aware of the delay with the graphics cards but they kept me in the loop at all stages via email and telephone. Great customer service
PC arrived so well packaged..an understatement.
Wow it is so fast...
One issue was it wouldn't shutdown due to software conflict between bios and windows.
Dan and Toby looked into this for me and found the solution quickly and talked me through the fix. So impressed with these guys.
Wired2fire was found by chance but honestly I can't praise these guys enough..PC is awesome and matched by the expert and friendly service from the sales team...
