Great selection of parts & site is easy to navigate with your car reg. Delivery to Ireland is on the slow side if you're in a small village or town. I would happily pay extra to be able to select DPD for delivery. Not a bad experience all in all but if you're in a rush for the parts then shopping local would be wise. Prices are very good & competitive. Still my go to place for parts.

Unreliable delivery.
At time of ordering it said delivery would be Friday but arrived the following Tuesday.
Autodoc was cheaper for the same parts, I used winparts due to the stated delivery date.

Great prices, quality products and quick enough delivery

Goods easy to find and delivered in good time but, more surprisingly, to my front door as UPS in the Midlands of Ireland have always been sub-par, in my experience.
Winparts are great. I'm a repeat customer.

Correct part & prompt delivery

Very quick service prompt and arived when they said it would excellent value but unfounfortunately even do i supplied my reg number they sent me a part that did not fit my car so i will have to try some where else.

I ordered parts for my car, even though they were more expensive than the other sellers due to their three-day delivery. It's been two weeks and the part still hasn't arrived. I feel cheated. I don't recommend them!

I already contacted customer service last week and was assured that delivery would be on the 24th. This was another promised date The email was sent today, but no response.

Easy to purchase from, my only issue was the packaging, the oil was loose and sliding around the box, this damaged the oil filter box and the oil filter was rolling around in the oversized packaging box with minimal packing material. I have purchased from other online suppliers and the oil is double bagged in case of a leak, and held secure in the box, I don’t know how the 5L of oil didn’t leak as it was damaged too.

False information provided regarding delivery time. It says 2 days delivery but it actually takes 2 weeks. Stay away. Would never order from them again

Very slow delivery, almost a week no news about my order
