The whole process from contacting Window Nation to discuss our needs through to installation of our new door was handled professionally.

Salesman was friendly, informative and not at all pushy and service since initial call has been great.

These guys are absolute cowboys. First gentleman (who was very polite) knocked on the door yesterday afternoon offering cost price on a new composite front door as they were opening a showroom in the Biggleswade area in the future and wanted to get their name out there locally. Agreed to a quote later in the day but as soon as the second gentleman arrived that's when things went badly wrong. We chose a door that we liked and he proceeded to quote us £5,900 before discount, but with 50% off £2,900 then the familiar pressure selling technique started and we were told after a call to his 'boss', if you order today £2,250 !!! This was despite being told by the first gentleman that they were offering a limited number of jobs at 'cost price' and that the quote would be valid until June next year. Not at all impressed with this company.

We had new patio doors fitted by window nation, our old patio doors had needed to be replaced for a while but we kept putting it off until we had a pleasant young man knock on the door asking if we were interested in having a quote on new windows or doors so we asked them to quote for the patio doors and the price was within our budget so we went ahead and got them fitted.
We are very happy with the new doors they are exactly what we were after and there is no longer a draft coming in. The fitters were very friendly and patient, our dog would not leave them alone the whole morning they were working but they gave him lots of attention even though they had lots to do, Definitely recommend

Fitters were excellent showed respect for our property placed dust covers on floors cleaned up after their selves and removed all rubbish , they were gold look afer them.
