Customer Service was great
The Customer Service was great when my order was lost by the courier.
Once I flagged no arrival, they were straight on it.
Not my first order, as the products are amazing! Have tried various Gin, Vodka and Rum. All very nice, and the frugal packs are a perfect refill opportunity at a reduced cost.

Wonderful Gin, perfectly packaged
My wife loves this gin so when we ran out she had to get some more.
We needed a gift for someone too so what better than another bottle.
The sustainable packaging is amazing and the delivery carton was no different!
I can’t recommend this distillery highly enough.

Excellent every time
I have bought from Wildjac a few times now and I am very impressed with their service. No expense spared on their packaging or carriers, so far nothing has been broken in transit because of this. Really recommend them 😁

My favourite brand since the tasting session! Delivery of my online order was faster than expected. Wildjac tastes great and I love their commitment to the environment using recyclable bottles. It would be great to have a free postage bag for returns.

Problem Sorted
My order arrived promptly but unfortunately I was sent the wrong size of bottles.
This was quickly remedied after a phone call to the dispatch company. The correct size bottles were delivered the next day (Sadly the delivery driver took the incorrect ones away😂!!)
