Store Visit at Preston Lancashire
We visited the store at Preston Lancashire on the 3rd July at 15.00. We were looking for an item with regard to decorating a seam roller. At first we could not find the item but with the help of one of the team ( Will H) we foundthe roller.
I was very impressed with Will's customer service skills friendly and professional an asset to the company.

Wickes: Not worth 2 ticks
Not worth 2 ticks! Did not honour appointment with John Tickle (not made up name) and store was unattended by kitchen designers the Saturday prior. Very poor service and unprofessional conduct. Will take my business elsewhere. If I didn’t know better I’d think they were closing down.

I am sorry to say i have never had an experience like this ,There was no introductions when we first arrived ,which i found incredibly rude and not a great start to our experience with wickes i was actually getting ready to walkout with in the first 5 minutes ,we are at the start of a full renovation of a 2 bed bungalow.it would have been nice if we was asked about what we wanted and wanted to achieve ,which never happened,it was so impersonal ,there was 2 clear screens (covid measures)between us and karen,there was a plastic barrier behind where we was seated leaning up against a partitition wall ,some wooden edging on the floor.A very poor introduction to wickes services which has resulted in us not wanting to pursue any further journey with wickes.I am sorry for the Blunt review but for some one who is looking to spend a lot of money for a kitchen.I believe in leaving good fred back for good service ,i very rarely leave negative feed back but in this case i feel i must .

I work for a shopfitting company
I work for a shopfitting company, we have a job in Bicester , we were working over a weekend and ran short of paint. I went to the Havant store to see if they could help with a colour I needed. I was served by Kelly , what a great lady she is, her help, assistance to get the colour I needed was very impressive especially as the colour was originally a Farrow and Ball colour , nothing was to much trouble for Kelly and I got the colour I needed. I award Kelly 10/10 top lady , many thanks

Visited the Newmarket store today and…
Visited the Newmarket store today and wanted to know about delivery. Hasan was extremely helpful. We went round showing him the products we required. He took photos of prices and advised us to do the same for checking against receipt. Nothing seemed to much trouble very friendly. Went to the till and organised delivery very quickly. Came away very pleased knowing we had had good service and delivery organised for Tuesday. Thanks again wicks and Hasan for your help.
