Everyone we spoke to throughout the store was helpful and were a delight to talk to. We spoke to Rosie at the till and she was happy to help us, it felt like she was helping us because she wanted to, not because she had to.

Jayne was very helpfull and told me where to find what i was looking for

Most recent visit to purchase paint & some skirting. Was confused regarding profiles & assistant Rosie was very helpful.

Went in to buy gate catch and a cordless hedge trimmer , got both at a good price this is my local branch well stocked .Rosie on the till was very helpful, saved a walk outside for me by looking up scan bar code in her book for a bag of compost , overall a very good experience well done Wickes thanks Colin.

Ashley was an absolute super star today - thank you so much for your help. I slipped a disc in my back so couldn’t lift a few heavy bits. He helped mix the paint up for me, and helped get stuff in the car. Super friendly and chatty. Great store! Absolutely my go to! Thanks again guys.

First review of Wickes, Wisbech. Have shopped here several times before, always finding what I needed. Today I purchased 15 packs of wall tiles for an ensuite project,along with other building materials, not only were the tiles on promotion but the checkout assistant, Rosie, was extremely helpful when some of the products wouldn't scan. It's not often I leave reviews but today was a good day and feel I should say how good the staff are at Wisbech. Will be back again!

Contacted your Wisbech branch after collecting a mitre chop saw that had a problem. Travelled back to branch same day. Our problem was dealt with very efficiently by Hannah and Harvey and made the whole experience much easier.

Came to buy paint, asked assistant Rosie about mixer paint. She was very helpful, bought the paint I required really good price for Dulux paint.

Great products, buying a lot as renovating the house, but always the same staff behaviour. No professional, no one to serve you. Are you doing it? Yes, but you can, Oh, I'll pass it, rolling eyes on each other, stupid smiles under the nose and a customer standing and waiting for anyone to do the job. Never answer my hello, thank you or bye. The old blonde grandma at the checkout is the worse one, never happy princess. Today was my last shopping there, enough.

Despite there being a queue the lady apologized and called another member of staff to serve. Her name was Jane and she was helpful, friendly and a credit to the store.

Just popped into store for a few small items that I had forgotten on previous visit. As per normal all staff very helpful and lovely Jayne at the till, still smiling and chatty to customers. And no, she didn't hand me a tenner to write a good review. Jeb.

I came in with a single screw for my electric wheelchair trying to find a replacement. I met Clive who couldn't have been more helpful! He not only helped me to find what I needed but also fixed my chair right there and then, his kindness helped with my confidence to ask for help.

Visited Wickes and asked Jayne about some doors I required for a project. She promptly guided to the area and spoke in great detail about the product. Very helpful and friendly 👍

I visited the Wisbech branch to purchase some block paving sand. The lady at the till ( I think her name was Jane ) was so cheerful and helpful who told me the exact aisle to go down. Jane also put my purchase through the till, and enlightened me to the other serves that Wickes provide. It makes a change to go into a store where the staff are friendly and helpful, She is a credit to your store.

Initially my experience was very mixed with some issues regarding planning and ordering.
From the second day of my installation the various issues were addressed by additional staff I was introduced to as the installation began to progress positively.
Positive responses from Hannah at the store, Mario my installation fitter and the delivery/installation team made things happen and a very successful experience was achieved in the end.

We were in store to get some paint. Clive was going to do a tester can for us but because the colour chosen was so light, he couldn’t make us one. Some of the paint was on a good offer if you purchased 2 cans. We only needed one of a particular colour but as we were going to be painting other rooms we were looking for other colours we had previously chosen. None of these colour were in the offer because they had to be mixed. Clive stayed with us helping to find a colour that would be closest in the hope we could benefit from the offer and even checked other outlets to see if we could purchase it ready mixed. Alas, we could not. Another colour we thought maybe close did not have a colour card and he went to great lengths to see if he could find any other stock of it. He offered us to look at Wickes own paint colours to help us achieve what we were after. I cannot fault his help, politeness, friendliness and patience while he was helping us. Although we only came out with one tin of paint and therefore no offer, we appreciated being treated the way we were by Clive. A real credit to the store.
