Delivery was very good!
Delivery always very good! Communicative driver, thought around the problem, didn not just return to store when faced with an obstacle.
Other companies often delay deliveries if they cannot drop our goods on the side of the pavement as requested. So, pleased with Wickes

Very bad customer care
Very bad customer care. Couldn't return an item despite I had an evidence of purchase . Item purchased the 9/7/2025 at 7.07 from Catford branch. I wound not recommend this shop!

Corrugated Roof Sheeting
My order was in two parts with different deliveries. With the first part of corrugated roof sheets, I believe from Catford, the process went very well. The delivery was prompt, I was kept informed and the men delivering the items were polite and helpful. 5 stars for that. The second part of the order, of flashing, came a little later and I was not informed when it was going to be delivered. But in the event the products were fine and were easy to use
