Arrived today and truly awesome. Moved house before Xmas so looking for statement art for the man cave. Well packaged and looks amazing on the wall. Will order more in the weeks to come.

I moved in a new house and did not have a lot of frames on my walls.
I have been advised to have a look at their website and WhoArtNow provides a great choice of prints. You can even design your own collage which i haven't tried yet, but it seems to be really simple to use and you can get very good results.
I really recommend this company; good quality, great choice and good value for money.

Ordered many canvases now and been very pleased with all of them, they arrived quickly and the quality is great. I have had nothing but excellent communication, makes a pleasant change to experience such good customer service these days.

This company has an amazing choice of prints which sets them apart from the rest. My print was well framed and packaged and arrived ahead of the forecasted delivery date. They contact you to provide tracking details so you can check progress too. All told, a very professional service that I would recommend to anybody.

I purchased a Groupon voucher for a canvas for my daughter for Christmas. I had a couple of problems uploading the photo so I emailed that I was having problems and it took a while for a reply but by that time, I had tried again and was successful. The canvas arrived pretty quickly afterwards and I was very pleased with it, so much so that I emailed Mezoo to tell them so and was offered a second canvas FOC if I posted a good review, which I was more than happy to do.
The second canvas took rather longer to appear (it was over the Christmas/New Year period) but I did get an email asking if I had received it to which I replied that I had not. Very shortly after, the second canvas was delivered - again I am very happy with the result.
Although Mezoo was a little slow at responding to emails, I have not had any problems with the actual orders and they have been concerned enough to respond to every email I have sent, and I thought it was a nice gesture to offer a free canvas.

I got a Groupon voucher with a substantial amount reduced. I chose a collage canvas. I placed the order with ease. The app was very easy to use. Adding photos was easy and moving them around. The canvas came on time for a friend's birthday. She was very pleased with the result. It meant a hrear desl to her. And me. thankyou

We bought a collection of 4 prints recently and we're really amazed with the quality of the prints and also the frames!

The customer service was outstanding. Dealt with our queries in a very polite and professional maner. We will definitely be buying form them again.
I highly recomend them to anyone! I fact brought them up in conversation over dinner with close friends the other night.

I bought these as an anniversary gift for my daughter and son-in-law. They are delighted with them. I feel the customer service was excellent. Whatever question I asked, it was answered immediately. Well done. I would definately use your site again and recommend you to friends and family

Problems occur in life but the measure of worth is in how they are rectified and dealt with. My prints didn't arrive when anticipated so I contacted the company to let them know. Within 24 hours I had an apology and confirmation that the prints would be re-issued as a priority (even though their system showed that the first set had been sent out on time). They were true to their word and my prints arrived within the week. This is the perfect response to a problem, I couldn't ask for better customer service.

Art got lost in the mail which was of course disappointing; however the company immediately responded when I reported this, and fully rectified the problem in a timely manner. Art looks lovely, company is responsive to customer needs. That's great in my book.

The artwork I received was extremely substandard and basically rubbish. When I tried to get a refund, I had to send it back at my own cost, which they will now not refund me for. They have in fact given up even replying to my emails. Don't bother to use this company, their products are rubbish and their customer service even worse.

Bought 4 Framed pictures of Banksy Art - Great little pieces of art, delivery was a little slow as they had initially sold out. However an email to Zak and all was sorted & was delivered today.

Not everything can be delivered next day and some things are worth waiting for.

To be honest I am so surprised by the comments on here! I bought a groupon voucher to use with this company. I couldn't use the code at first so I emailed. Zac got back to me within a couple of hours to explain the situation and I was able to place my order easily and confusion free. I got an email update on the status of my order and received my prints within a week! They are great and I even had a follow up email to check I was happy with the products. I couldn't fault this company and will definitely use them again. I'd have no hesitation recommending them to people. Thank god I didn't read the reviews and went in neutral. Very pleased with the service. Also shopped with their sister company Graffio. Fantastic!

BEWARE THIS IS A SCAM!
I placed an order for £100 to purchase a Christmas present for someone. Suffice to say the order never arrived. They have failed to respond to any contact and as a previous reviewer has said, you do not receive any e-mail communications to confirm your order or when you can expect your order to be delivered, notwithstanding the money being taken from your account.

Oredred in July 2014, told delievery will be completed several time. They also do graff io, obviously an organised scam with a couple of companies (sourced info via their IP info).

They also string you along till the contest period for Paypal refund is over. Don't believe them if they say delivery will be complete, if not within the agrred time frame when ordered, contest with paypal immediately.

Placed order 27/11 but didn't receive any order confirmation email from website (checked my junk mail too). The money had been taken from my paypal and paid to 'Bespoke Modern Art'. I waited a few days but had no delivery so emailed enquiring where my order was. I received a response from an 'Andy' just saying 'please could you tell me your order number' - well I don't have one because I never received order confirmation which is what I said in my email? I responded twice with no reply back from them and still no order. Tried the number on the paypal confirmation email but it's 'not in use'. Chased @graff.io and @whoartnow on Twitter but no luck. I am so glad I paid with paypal as I have escalated for a refund.

Rubbish experience would avoid!!

4th July 2014 ordered my canvas payment taken via pay pal , no confirmation of delivery date so emailed company.
5th July received email from 'Andy' saying that my order was placed on their testing website, he had tweaked it and now a live order, he blamed google for the problem ??? And also stated that the prices on the test site were wrong and I had purchased the canvas for half the actual price! Because of the bargain rate, delivery would be up to 20 days.
Mid August no delivery so I start the painful journey of trying to contact the company; could not get through on any of the numbers on their website either permanently busy, ringing out or out of service. Sent numerous emails eventually got a reply stating eta for delivery early next week.
Following week still no delivery. Rang and rang and finally got through to Andy who promised delivery following week and gave me his mobile number to ring if any problems. Week later still no delivery ! Rang Andy's mobile voicemail telling me to email or text !!!! Rang and rang and rang finally Andy answered now telling me he cannot say when I will receive my canvas and now saying he wants to give me a refund!!! After 6 weeks of waiting declined the refund want my goods! Now telling can't really say when I am ever going to receive my canvas.
Now perusing through Trading Standards Rubbish rubbish dishonest company !

Received my picture the other day and just wanted to say "fantastic" it looks great and will now take up a suitable location to show it off! Congratulations to the team at who art now for their time and effort, I of course will be coming back for more, far better than going down the shops and buying a generic, off the shelf piece

I experienced first hand their services today when my art arrived. My prints arrived in a timely manner, the couriers were very professional. Opening the art was the best bit... I feel no hesitation in saying that this is a wonderful places for art lovers like me. Highly thought provoking range of art. It's all good :)
