Excellent service, all options was explained in depth and I then I was guided on which may be the best choice and why without any pressure, I cannot fault this company, the service, the professionalism, very straight to the point nothing hidden, I have already recommended to a friend and will be a returning customer

Initial consultation was fine, a bit of misinformation about paying off a help to buy scheme and when to get the survey but not a biggy and easily sorted. What wasn't helpful was being told nearly 4 weeks after an agreed change in plan that they couldn't actually do what was agreed. Early information about their limitations to undertake the work would have saved me a lot of time and money.

This is my 2nd time using Gareth for my mortgage & I would leave another google review if I could!
