Services 238.85 + 31.96 + 278.29....
No reference to last year's costs, no total charge per share HOW ARROGANT.
Then asks you to use their app to claim discounts on food and clothes!!!!
This landlord has a monopoly... I know.. but to not even bother to outline a renewal notice with transparent detail I feel demands feed back since 2023 increases.
I can see bad reviews listed against wheatley.group. I understand why.

10+ yrs of an anti social neighbour , just a few incidents of what weve had to live through.....floods neighbour intentionally to many time to mention , rigged his electricity up to the close, ( housing officer denies that it ever happened even though she wasnt our housing officer at time) it was well witnessed ( caught up the ladders) and electrian
exposed it , but wheatley homes deny this. He tried to GAS us all, intentionally hammering on pipes until gas finally escaped again wheatley homes aware of this , been to my door with Stanley knife , threated to smash neighbours cars up , bangs on walls day/night , stamps about , I've had druggies at my door threating me thinking its his house , was growing stuff in loft hence his free electricity and the big hole in his b/room ceiling which housing had to fix ( again proof) runs his drugs delivery business especially at night constant banging of doors with him going out can be up to 8 times a night so I don't get a sleep , trying to get my son and his friend then aged 8-10 to go into his house telling him its ok hes not a paedophile!! on several occasions, PHYSICALLY ASSAULTED ME , throwing himself out of windows , accused me of being in his house when he out and stealing his hoover. Coming to my door demanding money from me, Covering neighbours windows in blood , loud music constant screaming way to much to mention. Police have always been informed .One important factor to mention before he moved here he got kicked out of last place for..... Anti social behaviour can anyone else see a pattern here? Housing officer Marie Jeffery ignores me and says I've not made complaints ,even though I've got texts proving otherwise. Trying to get a meeting set up with her superior Kirsty Ward , she covering housing officers back told Msp I didn't want to complain ,clearly bias , all the proof I have on my phone & noise app from may 24 -Aug24 must be a figment of my imagination even asked for incident diaries which I never got but I wasn't making a complaint , I NOW SUFFER FROM DEPRESSION, USE A WALKING STICK AND HAVE LIMITED MOBILITY IN MY LEFT ARM ALL DUE TO THIS MAN .My health was intact before hand . WHEATLEY HOMES DONT GIVE A F@CK TO WHAT CIRCUMSTANCES YOU ARE FORCED TO LIVE IN .......STAY CLEAR OF THAT LOT. IF I COULD PUT PHOTOS UP ON HERE ,I CERTAINLY WOULD .Almost forgot to mention ....I received an email from housing officer Marie Jefferies connected to my email was another wheatley homes tenant personal information ie name,home address , email address, his complaint was about neighbours anti social behaviour , so even your Data protection rights are breached with this lot !!!

Report issues but nothing gets sorted and housing officer always avoided me all costs but come to door wanting 5 pounds for rent

The hot water pipe in the room burst and kept dripping, causing the wall of the hall downstairs to be soaked. From Thursday 05/12 to Tuesday10/12,no one repaired or handled it for 4 days. Every day I called to inquire about it, the staff said that someone would come to repair it urgently at the agreed time. For 4 days, every day I was made to wait for a whole day, even until midnight. I have rented this house for 9 years and have always paid the rent on time. The house is damp, moldy and leaking, but they are not dealt with urgently. It is frustrating to delay it day by day. I can only call again and again to ask and ask if they can solve it and help, but they always ask me to wait. There is no way, I can't do anything and I am very frustrated. I see the water stains on the whole wall and the clothes and some things that need to be used but not used are placed everywhere in the room. I am really helpless and frustrated.

Repeated repairs that doesn’t actually correct the problems. Dampness caused and confirmed by housing officer is caused by known flaws in the pipes. Further leaks highlighted, they send an emergency plumber who responds by telling us, yeah there's a crack in the pipe, I need to arrange a pumber to come out at the most inconvenient times for you, don't use the bathroom sink.

Just don’t. Go elsewhere. Save yourself the trouble.

Wheatley and their stupid partner repairs team (City Building) are despicable liars. They take your rent and give you ZERO service. They lie and lie and make disgusting excuses to not doing repairs. Having a repair with them is like a rocket science. They also let you wait for appointment, then, they cancel it without notifying you. They just don't care.

The housing officers and call centre employees are well trained rude liars.

Also, their rent is expensive like any private rent.

They don't even deserve a one star of rating.

Shame on you all Wheatley housing and City Building

Has anyone ever had property stolen from tradesmen working in your home from the Wheatley Group, City Building

I'm 70 years old and severly disabled. I live in a ground floor flat, which has four in a block. I use a walker indoors and also outside. I've been assessed by the Occupational Therapist and she 'recommend' that I need a ramp at the front or the back to get the walker in and out. She has also 'recommend ' that I should have a wet room as I can no longer use my shower owing to it being far too small for my condition !!
This 'recommendation' has been REFUSED by WHEATLEY HOMES SOUTH. The reason they have given is, that there is not enough money in the budget !!
My housing officer has also said that because the other three flats are privately owned it would involve too much 'PLANNING and PAPERWORK' !!
She has suggested that Wheatley Homes MOVE ME, but apparently I can only have a one bedroom house even though I'm in a two bedroomed at present, and need the other bedroom for a friend who helps care for me three or four nights a week. She is from the North East and is a retired nurse and obviously stays overnight. Also I have no family here at all, so anyone who comes to help needs somewhere to sleep as they have travelled a distance. My housing officer has said they are all classed as 'visitors' and dont require a bedroom.
It's a complete JOKE !!
I receive the care component of PIP and the CAB website clearly states that if you receive this, you should have an extra room for care purposes.
Wheatley Homes only have 'online ' application forms now,
so expect everyone to be familiar with computers. No such thing as a paper application. The online application only recognises 'specific answers' , so it won't let you continue with a housing application for a two bedroomed property if you have only one person. There is no room for medical exceptions.
If wheatley homes south cannot let me apply for a two bedroomed house, they should give me a ramp and a wet room. I cannot walk unaided. It's terrible. They all start off nice and friendly and they turn into 'Wheatley Trained Robots' who couldn't care less about you or your individual needs.
Now I don't know what I'll do. I've got severe degenerative
scoliosis in my spine and osteoarthritis also in my spine. I've had a replacement knee and needing the other one done. I'm genuine and don't expect to get treated like this from a housing association. No empathy whatsoever !! Nothing !!
Now I'm stuck in my flat and as my condition deteriorates I'll be housebound because of Wheatley Homes South.
I desperately need a mobility scooter to get about, but I've nowhere to put it and can't get it in and out the steps front or back. The housing officer suggested I put it in a shed out the back, but the back is communal ground and my neighbours would not be happy with that arrangement.
There is only space for the wash lines and access to a gate, to take the bins out ! I'm 'Disappointed and Worried' for the Future !! Tenants were told nothing would change when Wheatley South took over from DGHP !! We were never treated like this when it was DGHP who cared about their tenants and treated people fairly.
Wheatley Homes couldn't care less about their tenants, as long as they are saving money!!

Had something helpful.... reduced energy costs from dreadful Scottish Power scam.

But...Had a serious local neighbour problem. But that was my personal problem in life.

However, I required some factual positions relating to the issue. Full regulatory requirements for WH's position.

They denied constantly....

So couple of helpful plumbers and electricians (3 thanks)....but WH management and officers entirely out of
order. Physiology stress for sure.

Been waiting for about 9 months for lock on bin shed gate, folk using it as path, we have no privacy, we are being tormented by young boys, our flat is low down next to bin shed, gate bangs all the time, supervisor keeps saying it is reported, hopeless complaining to him, had enough it has to be sorted

The company charges for work that has not been delivered, and any work delivered is always of very low quality. They overcharge and [rovide no evidence of work carried out.

Wheatley Home South is a terrible Landlord.
3 months I have had to endure my neighbour using a tumble dryer in their shed 10 ft from my bedroom and they use it all day and all night. I have sent Iver 100 videos of evidence, written multiple emails, yet continue to be told it iss daily living noise. We'll in that case I should run my lawnmower from 11pm to 7am. I've sent a stage 2 complaint and not one person has contacted me so i am taking this to the Housing Ombudsman. The neighbours are disrespectful, ruining the enjoyment of living here, causing noise nuisance all breaching the housing policies, yet no action has been taken to remove the tumble dryer from the shed, and now we are receiving indirect verbal abuse from the neighbours.These are supposed to be mid-market honestly yet the customer service and communication is some of the worst I have ever experienced. I can no long sleep in my bedroom. I cant have the windows open during the night, I can't leave the back door open during the day for my dogs and I cant sit in my garden, all because the tumble dryer is on for hours and hours constantly droning and vibrating. I have even sent the housing a copy of the housing act regarding noise between 11pm and 7am and yet, they ignore everything. If you can avoid them, do so, we are now looking at moving away from this company.

Left without any heating for over a year dodgy electrics. Staff refuse to deal with anything. Shady company no care for tenants even vulnerable ones. Appaling customer services most of their staff do nothing but tell lies and try to cover themselves. Try to discredit any tenant who speaks the truth about them reports them. Send you on a merry go around trying to get anything sorted. False records get kept, total lies passed on to other agencies. Steal money from you totally fraudulent company. Need to be shut down very soon. Not fit for purpose. Flat in terrible condition. Wheatley homes give new meaning to the term unscrupulous landlords. Any word that comes out of staffs mouths are lies and deceit. Surely this is all illegal in every sense. Dont rent from them. Best way to deal is media, authorities and lawyers. Maybe then they'll be shut down. Call centre hangs up on you when you have no electrics power. Housing officers tell you its not their responsibility if you're found dead behind a door due to their lack of care, incompetence. Truly shocking behaviour from staff. Subhuman behaviour from this lot
What an absolute shower. How they're even allowed to operate I'll never know. Are they even legitimately registered?

Wheatley Homes Glasgow are terrible landlords. To make even the most simple repair or maintenance request is like going into battle. Raising Stage 1 and then Stage 2 formal complaints is the only way of getting any response from them. Interacting with your own landlord should not be this difficult or stressful. Wheatley Homes Glasgow do not care at all about their tenants or their homes.

Hopeless so they are! I feel sorry for some of the folk that need to take the flack for the incumbent bosses

How to complain correctly to Wheatley Homes.
There are three steps in the complaints process:

Step One
Email the complaints team, write a short email, or better still put it into a word document then PDF it and then email it, be sure to keep a copy for yourself - don't loose it you will need it later. Be polite even if you are very angry, and be to the point. The email address to use is the complaints team address and not the general one, please google the complaints team address.
this is the official complaints email they are at a higher level than the housing officer. The complaints team will then reply to you, keep their reply.

Step Two
Reply to the complaints team in the same way you did above, again be polite. They need to respond to you and if they do not uphold your complaint they then have to give you the contact details for the ombudsman. Make sure they do this, if they do not send them an email asking them to do so.

Step Three
you will upload all your stage one and stage two documents and Wheatley Homes replies for both stages. If you have had to prompt Wheatley Homes to give you the Ombudsman's details make sure to include those emails too. As the Ombudsman will ask the housing why they did not provide you with the details.
