Had a new back door fitted, excellent service & cost very reasonable, very happy with the door & would highly recommend.

Had a few quotes with wide range of prices, these were a reasonable price with good knowledge and the quality we wanted. Booked well in advance. Turned up on the day promptly at the time given. Friendly professional guys. Did a great job. Love the new windows, but particularly the front door made the biggest difference for us, to the look of the property. Can immediately notice the soundproofing the new windows give and looking forward to the heating savings too. They are coming back to fit more windows and doors when building works completed. Would recommend happily

So happy with WFS windows. Had a quote from 3 different places (actually phoned more but no one calls back!) .. Andy from WFS came and quoted ... I was more than happy with the quote and couldn't believe it was such a good price! A few weeks later they fitted 10 windows and 2 doors all in one day! They tidied up after themselves, we're professional, friendly and the difference is amazing. They even fixed an old window that was jammed at no extra. Honestly, best experience for windows. No hard sell just the best price for a great service. I'll be calling them again when I get the rest of the house done. Thank you so much 😊

They were recommended to us by friends who had recently had their windows & doors replaced by W.F.S. The quote was reasonable & they booked us in without any problems. All who were involved were prompt, polite, fast & efficient. Minimal mess. Kept us informed every step of the way. They did have to come back to rectify minor issues, through no fault of their own. As it was due to manufacturing issues. Still lovely people, hard working & friendly. Our house is nice & cosy again & draught free. I have already recommended them to my friends & family.

Really prompt personal service. Called 3 supliers on same day, 2 were local and WFS were from the next city 40 miles away. WFS came first and their quote was the best. The guys know their business, Andy was very knowledgeable and explained all the options in a friendly personal way. We had 3 separate jobs done and met different guys on the installation team all of them were really professional and really clean tradesmen. When they left you didn't have to clean a thing, the place was left spotless. A big shout out to Wayne, Chris and Andy.
Would have them back in a heartbeat.

We have waited for 9 weeks for a door to be fitted. Six times they arranged to come out and 6 times they failed to come. Andy has a million excuses ranging from Traffic, Health issues, Wrong measurements and a myriad of other excuses. If you check their reviews this seems to be an ongoing issue. We have now cancelled our order and are awaiting return of our Deposit
Avoid using these time wasters at all costs.
Although there seems to be a dispute over the waiting times the door was measured on 17thMay and the order was placed. I accept the Deposit was only paid 4 weeks ago, but that was only because Andy had not asked for it earlier. I have transcripts of all of the communications

Guttering not fitted properly, & not fot for purpose , they do not get back with a concern, paperwork & guaranteeof 10 yrs just ignored & could not care less avoid !

Paid a lot of money for windows and bifold doors. There is a problem with the bifold door now and Andy will not return my numerous calls and emails I have sent him to try and resolve the issue.
Quick to take your money but not willing to help if there is a problem.
Absolutely disgraceful service.

Fitted our back door and badley marked the bottom panel was told a new one was ordered then they stopped taking my enquiries as when it was going yo be replaced. Door frame now warped and letting in cold air. Also front bedroom window was left with plaster missing from the bedroom wall and the render cracked.

The service from WFS Anglia Ltd, who carried out the erection of a new replacement conservatory was amazing, from Andy offering his price to completion in 3 1/2 weeks we couldn’t believe it.
We did get 2 additional quotes, but Andy’s price was not hundreds better than the competition it was thousands,
The assembly team removed the existing conservatory and put up the new conservatory in 1 1/2 days, and did all the cleaning up, leaving the surrounding area as it was when they arrived.
Very satisfied customers.

I would like to thank Alex, Andy, foundation guys, fitters and electrician for the awesome experience and finished product of my new conservatory! Alex made a no nonsense visit and gave advice, a straightforward and extremely fair estimate, followed up with plans and a fixed quotation. The price was fantastic as was the service with survey, quickly followed by foundations which I expected to make a huge mess, but they did a great job and cleaned up well. The fitters were on time and my word how fast did they work! The job was exactly to my specifications and there isn't a leak or a squeak or a sticking door to be seen! The electrician followed shortly after on same day and worked hard to put through electrics from what was an awkward source, but still made sure it was to standard and made a supreme effort to route the lighting wire through the cavity so that there would be no trunking which might have been unsightly. The workforce are all polite, tidy, efficient and apparently long-serving - unusual in this day and age. They all had good things to say about the company they work for and I'm sure you must be very proud of your company - you deserve to be. Thanks again, GC

The old conservatory was dismantled and new walls built, all in one day. Plastering and electrics swiftly followed by the new Conservatory. Nothing was too much trouble. Wayne and his builders were thorough
and cleared up after them selves. We are extremely pleased with our conservatory and wouldn’t hesitate to use the company again
