We had such a blast with our salesperson! Amanda Baron made our day so much fun that we can say we've never had a better car buying experience. I just wanted to take a minute to rate my recent car buying experience at Wesley Chapel Toyota. Having researched trucks throughout the Tampa Bay Area, I decided that the Toyota Tacoma was the vehicle I had to have. From the moment I arrived at Wesley Chapel Toyota Waseam Khalaf addressed all my needs and concerns with purchasing a certified used Toyota vehicle. Not only did Waseam address all me needs and concerns but he was also went above and beyond with financing, showing me around the facility, and highlighting different reasons why others purchase from this dealership. Having bought a number of new and used cars in the past my overall experience in this purchase exceeded my own expectations, as I was in and out of the facility with a trade-in, financing, and a certified 2015 Tacoma in less than 3 hours. I have no problem recommending Waseam and the entire Toyota team with superior customer service and THE PLACE to buy a new or used vehicle in the Tampa Bay Area. We stopped by Wesley Chapel of Toyota to find the "perfect" vehicle for our family. Waseam was not scheduled to work but had stopped in to drop something off. Since the other salesmen were busy with other customers, Waseam stepped in and assisted us. He didn't rush us and answered our MANY questions. Buying a new car is rarely a pleasant experience, but Waseam and Terry went above and beyond to take care of us without coming across as overbearing. We were in the middle of a move across country when our family minivan was hit and totaled on the highway. We needed to replace the family car and get back on the road as soon as possible. They searched local and out-of-state inventories to find a replacement that met our needs, and Waseam even flew out-of-state to drive the vehicle to us the next day. Both men were very kind and sympathetic to our needs and catered to us to make the experience as pleasant as possible (impressing even all 5 kids - who really enjoyed the cookies). And it appears our patronage with the dealership and friendship will persist beyond this one purchase.

Our experience with John was great all around. We were greeted right away, shown around the lot and didn't wait very long between getting approved and going home with the car. It was a good experience. John was very friendly.

This will be my fifth vehicle from Wesley Chapel Toyota. Everyone at the dealership has been a pleasure to work with: receptionist, salesperson, service department, Finance. Staff takes very good care of the facilities and provides an excellent experience for their customers. Refreshments including flavored water, available vending machines, fresh baked cookies keep you feeling energized while you browse and test drive the many vehicles on the lot. When you're finally ready to negotiate for the best price on your vehicle all discussions are out in the open, you're not taken to the back of the dealership and stuffed into a small room while the dealer tries to squeeze as much money out of you as possible. The offer is presented in a clear itemized fashion, you can see where the money you're about to spend is going (taxes, fees, etc.). As with all major purchases you definitely want to do your homework about the vehicles that you think you'll be interested in and what other dealers are selling them for. I found that Wesley Chapel Toyota prices are extremely competitive. Whether it's new or used, a Toyota or a different brand Wesley Chapel Toyota wants to help you find the right vehicle at a price that's comfortable for you. As you probably already know, they also have a pretty good warranty (lifetime) available on most of their vehicles.

They go out of their way to get you the car or in my case the truck you want. Salesman Mike Grega is the best. This is the 4th Toyota I have bought from him. The service is so good we just keep coming back.
