I was in an accidental on May 22nd that unfortunately totaled my 2011 Prius. On May 23rd I contacted Michael Grega, told him I needed a new Prius. He got right on top of it. As I came to Wesley Chapel Toyota I had no idea that I would walk out so happy and impressed. I walked up and Michael Grega approached me he introduced his self, and then asked me what can he do for me and I showed him the car that I seen online which was a 2007 Toyota Camry we took it for a test ride and then yep I didn’t get a approved for that car he came back and was like I can get You approved for an 2018 Toyota Corolla brand new at first I was definitely unsure I came in there with a set price of how much I would be willing to spend and he definitely understood all my needs and I just love how he wasn’t the pushy sell person like if you walk away from this deal it’s gonna be gone he was like if you need time to think about it that’s cool he was so nice. Then I started to think and calculate my cost in Uber back and fourth to work then I started to think it’s a brand new car with only 2 thousand miles on it never been leased to anyone so I took it and I’m very happy how above and beyond Michael Grega and I think the person who did all my financial paper work was name Matt he was very nice. Chris had reached out to me back in September after I had put in an inquiry for a possible trade-in situation. He was trying to get me approved for the Toyota Loyalty Program, but I hadn't reached the required payments. He told me he will contact me in March and we can go from there. Sure enough after my 13th payment Chris reached out to me seeing if I was still interested in a new car. Not only was he able to work his magic and get us out of a hard situation we were in with out old car, he got us upgraded from a corolla to a RAV-4!. Chris got our interest rate down from 16%-4.9%. He was just amazing to work with and we will most certainly be working with him again.

As usual, the experience was about as good as it gets in buying a new car. The entire staff was helpful. Christopher Joseph, in particular, was patient and knowledgeable in helping us to choose the perfect Camry. The finance team was friendly and courteous. Even staff we were not directly involved would ask if you needed help with anything or just had a friendly smile. Finally, we like that the dealer includes a package with most if not all their cars which includes tinted windows, floor mats, etc.
