Not a legit service. Gave them documents over 3 weeks ago. Had to extend because the lazy process server waited to long to attempt to serve. Called today for an update and the server claimed to make an attempt on 3Pm on a Thursday afternoon… I literally gave them specific time and dates and they ignored the whole thing. Don’t trust this company. My court date is for this coming Thursday and I have to let the judge know AGAIN, that I couldn’t get the docs to be served..

Now I’m out $145 plus I have to hire someone else to rush and get something served by Thursday.

They responded quickly to our request and served our documents the same day. The process was quick and easy.

We needed some important court documents that needed to be served in Chicago. We reside in Florida and at first we were hesitant that the job would get completed. Not only was it completed, it was done faster than expected and the communication with them in between was phenomenal! Highly recommend for any of your needs through this company!

They charge $345 to serve where the range fee is from $55 to $95. They have no clue how to charge and claim it is free quote!

I needed someone served in Kansas. They facilitated the skip trace and were able to get the paperwork served. Quick to reply to questions I had. Professional, courteous, fair price, and understanding. I would definitely use this organization again.

Prices on their website are deceptive at best. I signed up for process service that was listed as 100 dollars and they invoiced me 195.

I realize you're lawyers, but come on, how about not wasting everyones time.

Fast service, top tier communication

I reached out to We Serve on a Wednesday and by the end of the day they had everything they needed to domesticate foreign subpoenas and serve in both New York and New Jersey. New Jersey subpoena was served 2 days later on Friday, and by the following Wednesday, the New York subpoena had also been served. All work completed in one week. So impressed!!
