First, I signed a contract and sent them a deposit of $4,200 USD via SWIFT. After they received this money, they sent me a specific VIN number and a video of the car, swearing an oath: "I swear to God this exact car is in our warehouse, it is 100% locked and reserved for you, it will be shipped without delays."
Relying on their video proof and promises, I sent them the remaining balance of $10,000 USD via SWIFT. But right after they secured my full 100% payment (total $14,200 USD), their behavior completely changed. The manager (Ivy Jia) suddenly stated that the car was sold to another customer.
They broke their contract and flatly refused to return my $14,200 USD. They are now using a ridiculous excuse, claiming that they already transferred my money to the manufacturer and cannot get it back for a single vehicle.
