Just like another recent reviewer, I placed an order for wedding rings, and two days later received an email cancelling the order, with no explanation. The website was still functioning, and still is today. The chat line always connected only to a Bot.I tried calling but the line was always busy. Finally early on the third day, I was able to connect, via chat, with a live person who indicated that due to the high price of gold, they could not complete any orders and were closing the store.
Yet the website is still live.

I ordered a wedding band, then got an email a few days later saying they'd canceled my order. There was no explanation, and they haven't replied to my email or the probably 20+ calls I've made over the last week. If they actually talk to me and send me my order or explain what happened, I'll happily change to a 5*.

Due to my own fault, had to return products a few times - I guessed at the wrong size, then changed styles, still guessing at correct size. Long story short, Customer Service was awesome! I talked to them several times, left messages that were promptly and politely returned, and their email communications was excellent! Ended up with a beautiful ring that fits just right and my wife loves it!! Thank you WBWholesale!

What a great experience! Oksana was absolutely amazing! She helped find the best wedding band! I didn't know what style I wanted to get because I don't normally wear jewelry but she was so knowledgeable, asked right questions and helped me determine what style I will be comfortable with wearing every day. My first order was a beautiful men's platinum wedding ring which was just as it looked on the site and better. Then recently I ordered a platinum diamond eternity ring for my wife and it matches her wedding ring perfectly and the quality of the ring and diamonds are excellent.

I would defiantly buy from them. I live in Denmark and even so they delivered perfect customer service.

I had such a great experience with Wedding Bands Wholesale. I ordered a ring from them and though the quality was great, I didn't like the looks of the ring on my hand so I sent I planned on returning it. I didn't realize that there was a 15% restocking fee (my error - it is written on their website, as I noticed after the fact) so I decided to try again (the restocking fee is waived if you place another order with them). This time I spoke on the phone with Ronnie and he helped me verbalize what I was looking for. I chose my ring, he started making it so it would be ready by the time he received the first ring back, and then sent it to me, all within about a week and a half. I was blown away by the ring - it is gorgeous. It sparkles and it fits perfectly and is just what I wanted. It also looks more expensive than it was so I feel like it was a great deal. The craftsmanship is superb, the diamonds are high quality, and the customer service was excellent. I will definitely order with them again.

My husband and I were in the market, for nearly two years, for an eternity band to celebrate our 10th anniversary (which was last year...I started looking way before my anniversary...one should always be proactive and prepared). I have to admit, I was skeptical about ordering a diamond ring online. But, I took a leap of faith when I found one that I absolutely loved. The ring arrived as promised - however - a misunderstanding between myself and Steven had produced a ring that was not what I expected, nor wanted...

I called Steven and explained what the ring looked like and what was wrong. He immediately said: We'll send you a FexEx drop off number and you send the ring back to us and I promise you you will have the ring before you have to leave for Europe *and* it will be exactly the way you envisioned it"..

A couple of days later I got an email from him where he wrote:

Your ring was shipped out on Friday via Fedex, you shall receive the package tomorrow, no later than 4:30pm. (they made the ring in two days for me)..=*^)

I had made sure that the ring was made perfectly for you and that the finish was exactly how you wanted." (a duo finish they normally do not do)..=*^)

And it was - actually it looked even better than I expected.. Lovely..

There is one company I judge others by - Apple - their service and attention to their customers is the best - and Weddingbandwholesale is right up there with Apple.
