We are sorry if you have had a negative experience on our platform.

With regards to your complaint, as per our complaints handling policy, which can be found on our website, if you are not happy with our initial response to your complaint then you can escalate it to our compliance team who will provide a full written response within 8 weeks of receiving your complaint.

Please note that we will cancel all pending market orders on US listed securities when a NASDAQ trade halt occurs. This is to prevent the volatility that often occurs amidst a trade halt causing erroneous triggering or orders executed beyond expected pricing. You will be notified your order is cancelled and you may wish to replace it accordingly, but during a NASDAQ trade halt no order will be executed.

Also note that a stop loss will trigger a market sell order, whereas a stop limit would not be cancelled in the event of a trade halt, but as with all limit orders will only fill at the limit price or better.

Please contact us via e-mail at clientservices@webull-uk.com or call us on (+44) 2039051005 Landline / (+44) 8081751952 Toll-free between 8am-7pm on UK business days, and we will look into your deposits and withdrawals to see if any processing issue has occured.

Please note that deposits must be from your own individual bank account or a joint account if you are a named account holder. Deposits will typically be processed within 10 minutes, but it can take longer if further checks are required.

Withdrawals are processed between 9am and 3pm on UK business days. If you initiate a withdrawal after 3pm then it will be processed on the following business day at 9am.

Deposits and withdrawals are processed using Faster Payments which typically occur in less than 5 minutes but can take up to two hours.

Webull UK is a UK based brokerage that offers clients access to the US, UK HK and Chinese markets. We only support retail clients that are UK residents. If you live outside of the UK you may be able to open an account with one of our sister entities such as Webull NL or Webull USA.

As we are distinct from other regions, with distinct offerings such as Webull Savings and access to UK Stocks and ETFs, our platform is not identical to other Webull entities' and some functionality may differ.

We have taken on your requests for hot key settings that allow for using trade value as well as or instead of share quantity.

A ticker may be restricted from trading for many reasons, and unfortunately we currently do not provide clients with an exhaustive up to date list of all unrestricted symbols. If a symbol is restricted you can ask us to provide more information on the restriction and we will investigate this for you.

We are continuously improving our offering and are looking into offering new functions such as Proxy Voting in the future.

Currently we only support transfer out of cash from Stocks & Shares ISAs and we do not support transfer out of stock positions.
