William from Customer Service was beyond excellent. I will admit I was a bit nervous when I received an email to call customer service and it said nobody is in office but William was awesome! Thank you!!!

William was so helpful and so patient with me. He answered all my questions and did exactly what I needed. As a non-tech person I didn't know what I was doing, but he was confident and competent, and was very patient in helping me understand what he was doing. My website is 100% better after his help.

The customer support team was amazing! Shoutout to William for a great support experience. Helped me with all my issues I had. The website features are also good.

Just wanted to give a shout out to the customer support at Website.com for being so kind during a turbulent time in my life and coming up with a solution for me.

Due to some unforeseen circumstances, I've been forced to retire my business so I no longer needed my website. Because I had a yearly subscription, I assumed the auto renewal date would be exactly a year after I signed up. Life was getting in the way so I ignored the renewal reminder email because of this assumption, but then later found out I missed the cancellation window.

I emailed their support in a panic, and William was kind enough to explain to me that all subscription payments are pro-rated so the billing cycle always ends on the last day of the month, so my subscription was renewed. Although I was not eligible for a refund, they made an exception and went ahead and refunded my subscription renewal with just a small refund processing fee. Well, lesson learned, I will certainly read my emails in the future, but I'm grateful to William for helping me get most of my money back, especially during such a stressful time in my life. Although I am not a customer anymore, I would not hesitate to go back to Website.com the next time I need a website!

I was charged 10 days early to renew my 'yearly subscription' then tried to charge my cancellation fees. So I haven't had a full year of subscription AND they're charging me fees to cancel outside of 5 days before my new year of renewal should begin. Brandon on live chat was no help and after speaking to advice away from the company and told my rights, he decided to end the chat without any further conversation.

Website.com does not give paying users access to basic DNS setting, charging $20 just to remove their existing NS details.
I was asked to pay in order to allow me to move my domain to another registrar.
we requested urgent service on Friday and their support team was unreachable until Monday morning... this is for a feature that SHOULD be editable by the user, but instead website.com is charging for.

Just wanted to do a quick test but now I can't delete my account/site.
The only option there in account settings is change password...

I signed up for the free service just to try and make a website. I am not tech-savvy and I have to say that I have in the past struggled to understand how to create a website. Some company tools are difficult to understand.

Having said that, Website.com is amazing. Easy to understand and I am pleased to say that I have designed a great website.

What impressed me with this service was how user-friendly it is. It gives you different templates to try out and has the option to see what it looks like if you publish it, in both mobile and desktop viewing.

This is without a doubt the best website design service that I have seen so far. I am pleased with my design and it is all thanks to Website.com and the easy-to-follow self-design service.

I will certainly sign up for the paid service soon.
