Not even a 1 star...4 telephone calls…
Not even a 1 star...4 telephone calls totalling 3hrs 43mins and still not resolved. I would like to use my credit for another flight. I have been lied to (I called at 4:05pm and was told that Qantas office was closed today and they were unable to assist with my enquiry). When I said 'it's 4:05pm and there is no way Qantas is closed', they changed their story to Qantas is busy. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS ORGANISATION. They charge you ridiculous fees and their operation is in the Philippines. I can't understand their accept at the best of times...SHAME WEBJET.

Webjets system put our online booking…
Webjets system put our online booking into a manual list instead of an automated one and therefore the flights weren’t purchased at the agreed price. This cost us extra money because of an issue out of our control.

Webjet had a system error which caused…
Webjet had a system error which caused my booking to change dates and the amount of days. Customer support claiming I booked the incorrect days despite having proof on afterpay that I did have the correct dates booked. Non refundable they claimed so I lose 320$. Disgraceful experience and the customer service was just as bad. Wouldn’t reccomend.

Simple name change frustration
Extremely disappointing customer service from Webjet.
I was on a phone call with them for over an hour 1:35 to be exact to request a simple name change on my booking. After waiting that long to finally be told it will take up to 2-5 buisness days to hear back from their “Relevanve Team”to finallise the update and also told that I may be charged for making the change. 1.5hr call for assistance with something this straightforward is unacceptable, especially when customers have already paid for their booking. The possibility of then being charged further and waiting an additional 2-5 buisness days for confirmation just adds to the frustration.
Very unhappy with the level of service and the excessive wait time. Webjet seriously needs to improve its customer support.

ripped off and stressful holiday
We booked a family holiday of 5 (2 adults and 3 minors) flights, hotel and car hire.
The hotel booking was incorrectly booked as 2 separate apartments (1br) rather than a 2brm apartment that said at check out. We lodged a change via Webjet customer service on 1st day of 8day holiday, they told us an upto 72hrs resolution …10 days later, 5webjets officers handling our case, loads of emails from different staff, hours on the phone with incompetent staff who took no accountability over our case, saying not their problem need to check with their internal processes, etc. We made new booking directly with hotel (own pocket) and got approval from hotel of agreement to refund us the rooms no longer required, Webjet still refusing to refund us. Horrible experience, never again.
