Tbh 1 star is too complimentary for what I am going through. Built a site for my customer, along with a login. Customer paid for the site and received a strange renewal invoice in euros in August. As she thought this was ascam she went on their chat line and was promised a manual invoice in £ s sterling. She was not gibve any info on cancelling her site at the time and has never received the invoice. I have been pestered by Webador for the last 3 weeks to pay and I have repeatedly said they need to invoice the customer, whose email address they have, and who pays for the site. They still haven't got the hang of this simple concept and came out with the classic "make sure all email addresses are on the account". They have the email address they need - they've used it!!! In short, avoid Webador at all costs, their site builder isn't that good anyway.

On the 29th July I cancelled my new Webador contract within 14 days which should generate a refund but has not despite many requests. Nobody gets back to me in any way and I'm left very much wishing I’d gone elsewhere

Also I left reviews and it's been deleted 🙃 that's mean we can't trust them at all!
I cancelled 4 days ago renewal subscription and was conforming about cancelling. But Webador take all payment for one year again. They said I have to cancelled 1 month before otherwise you pay for the next year .We're humans right ✅️

Poor support. Only available via virtual chat bot or email ticket where they answer when they can be bothered. If your emails are down... good luck with that!

Webador's terms state that by registering a free domain name or connecting a custom domain, you agree to waive your right to withdraw from the subscription within the 14-day period.
I did not register a domain name or custom domain name
so this should not have triggered the waiver clause. ????

I decided to cancel my subscription because I was unable to use their software, their reply Was

This company were polite, but not interested in any refund of any kind, this left me with a 12 months upfront payment lost , and a lot of time wasted with this company , all in 3 days only of not being able to even use their website

They charged my for the whole year and my website is no longer available after 2 weeks. No contact no. and customer service is joke. Be aware of this company.

mi hanno cancellato completamente il mio account asenza nessun avviso. Cerco di entrare a fare il log in sul mio account pero mi esce account non esiste. impossibile. ho anche fatto il pagamento e l'abonamento per 1 anno

If you're looking for an alternative to Wordpress for your website, I would recommend using the website builder and hosting at Webador. The site builder has a good range of features and is easy to use, the templates are attractive and customisable, and the customer service has been very helpful and quick to respond. The prices are very reasonable too and include a domain name. I'm really pleased with the look of my new website at sandramorton.com (and it's great to be free of all those Wordpress plugins!).
