Horrible....NO WAY TO SPEAK TO A HUMAN
Horrible....NO WAY TO SPEAK TO A HUMAN
Their AI has all sorts of failures - it will apply other peoples resumes and keywords to your search and CHARGE YOU FOR ALL OF THE "MISSED and WRONG RESUMES"
They will send your resume to your current Employer
Wait till you try to get refunded for the 97% Job Match Miss that I had......No One Answers
I think its a SCAM where they only want to collect your initial payment and delay your Account Closure.

WeApply is a great service. I recommend it to anyone.

I've been using WeApply for quite some time now, even when I'm not actively looking for a job. I like the fact that they are US-based, and their AI seems to be better than most at targeting specific jobs (vs casing a wide net). They allow you to flag applications that are incorrect, and they don't charge you for those and also use the data to improve.
WeApply has not produced a single…
WeApply has not produced a single interview. I am using multiple paid job search tools that have all produced "actual" interviews. Save your money for a tool that actually produces.
Incredible Results
Incredible Results – Totally Worth It!
I started using WeApply.net in January, and since then, they’ve applied to jobs on my behalf — and I’ve already had 4 interviews! To put that into perspective, when I was applying manually on my own, it took me about 1.5 years just to get the same number of interviews.
The process with WeApply has been smooth and stress-free. They truly take the burden off your shoulders by handling the job applications while you focus on preparing for opportunities. Their team is responsive, professional, and genuinely invested in helping you succeed.
If you’re tired of sending out endless applications with little to no response, I highly recommend giving WeApply.net a try. It’s been a game-changer for me!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Horrible customer service. No companies reached out to me as a result of using WeApply. No number to reach customer service and no response to my three emails requesting not to be charged so I had to report them as a fraud and get a replacement debit card to stop them from taking more money. AGAIN DO NOT USE!!!

WeApply.net - Waste of Money, Poor Results
I purchased the 200 applications package from WeApply.net in February 2024. The results were extremely disappointing:
- Only three interviews from 200 applications
- No quality control on job matches
- Many completely irrelevant applications were submitted
- No screening of job postings before applying
- Marketing claims about AI technology are misleading
- Basic manual application service performed by outsourced workers in Southern Asia
The quality is far below what you'd achieve applying yourself.
Save your money. You'll get much better results managing your applications and ensuring they're relevant to your experience.
Reply to WeApply: I am, obviously, not using my primary email address to write reviews!

Rip-off.
Though I have downloads of email conversations where their customer service did not respond to me for months on end and told me they were "looking into things" and never communicated further, We Apply sent me a cease and desist claiming I made libelous statements. I'm wondering if they send this every person who writes a bad review about them based on their opinion and experience? If so, they're either posing as a legal department or wasting a ton of money to try to intimidate people over statements that are not untrue. Bottom line is that I feel as that We Apply ripped me off with a service that over promised and under delivered. They did serve the function of applying for jobs, but they were either outside of industries in which I had experience or for roles that were not appropriate given my skillset. I found the AI to be lacking, at best. And their customer service never responded to me without my prompting. And when they did respond, it was to tell me they were "looking into it." The response below from the company about the "tweaks" they made is the first I'm hearing of any redress for the concerns I raised to customer service. We Apply, I recommend you spend more time and attention on bettering your product and less on writing threatening emails to those with valid concerns over the product they paid for.

This website really does work
This website really does work! I lost my job and thought I would give this a try, and I got hired as a consultant within a week of an AI submitted application. I would definitely try this out for your next job search, this comes from a guy who waited over a year to find a job through all sorts of platforms and pretty skeptical. Thanks to WeApply!
What a Waste of Money
In my opinion, it is a waste of money. Just review the post by Ian (from Feb 2024)--it's almost the same experience that I had. Weapply asked me to delete my original post or they would press charges. I don't have the time to argue their baseless claim of misinformation, so just read previous reviews. They flag all negative posts and threaten legal actions instead of correcting flaws and glitches to their algorithm. Don't expect any money-back guarantees; they'll just give you credit for more searches (i.e., you get more of the same, thus prolonging the agony of misaligned applications).
UPDATE 6/26/2024 Got another email from WeApply threatening legal action from what I wrote above.
UPDATE: 7/10/2024 Received yet another email threatening legal action if I don't recant my review by today. When will they ever learn that reviews are meant for self-improvement and a chance for operational reform, not intimidation and bullying. Tsk, tsk.
"Great showcase of your character to any future employer"? Are you kidding? You can't even match your clients to any employer!

Worked for Me
I was not super impressed with some of the positions they applied for and I never did have the option to stop any of the applications before they applied for them (that screen never populated for me). I did let it do the 100 applications though and surprisingly they caught and applied for a great job locally that I probably would not have found or applied for. I ended up landing the job. Considering I had applied for 200-300 jobs in the 6 months prior to this and had only landed 2 interviews this place was a bargain and saved me considerable time. I think it is very useful to use in conjunction wtih your own work to potentially find jobs that you otherwise would not. I do with the feature to review and cancel the application before they applied worked for me though. That would make this even more powerful.
Inaccurate, Professional Embarrassment
The service asks questions up front and uses your resume and LinkedIn to try to match you. They set up Indeed access in your name and fire off applications.
The categories they search are broad and inaccurate. Indeed.com started sending me job recommendations in the Philippines.
WeApply embarrassed me with how inaccurate the AI is, so now if I want to apply for a different position at that company, I look ridiculous because "I" first applied for a VP position that I'm not qualified for.
After correcting the first 5 applications that I don't have PMP (nor is it anywhere on my resume or profile), it continued to apply for positions in fields I don't know or want.
After 25 useless applications that brought in zero interviews, I decided to call it. They advertised a money back guarantee, after all.
The customer support replied quickly that they would use my feedback to improve future experiences. Then they sweetly informed me of the terms and conditions of cancelation. There is a $25 admin fee, nonrefundable. Furthermore, they charged me for the bad applications that embarrassed me.
Hard pass. They did not earn any of the money they extracted from me.

My experience with WeApply
I wanted to provide a real full detailed account of my experience using WeApply, instead of the usual 5 star or 1 star reviews, which seem to only talk about the service in brief detail or focus only on the personal end-result.
I came across WeApply and thought it was an amazing service and ended up signing up for their Ruby Package which includes 200 applications. For context, I work in finance and was in need of a career upgrade, but between kids and other real life obligations it was hard to find time to switch to a better role on my own so WeApply's offer to automate the job-hunt solved this issue.
Getting started was pretty easy. Once I signed up, their platform started analyzing my profile and in about 48 hours started submitting me for job opportunities. Majority of the opportunities fit my preferences and some even were extremely good fits, even thought I would most likely not have found them, so I saw real value in the service immediately.
Having said that, there were some submissions which were made that did not exactly match up with what I preferred or had indicated on my resume and when I flagged this with their customer service they were happy to remedy and credit back those submissions.
It seems like they really like when you provide feedback, because they told me that allowed them to make additional tweaks to the profiles to ensure for more accurate results for future submissions. I do have to say that their customer service and their account reps are actually super helpful and go out of their way (especially Ellie, she was a gem throughout the entire process and deserves a raise!).
One thing to consider is that it does require you to check the applications and ensure that you are getting what you are looking for, which makes it not a fully uninvolved process from the user experience. I also wish they had some integrations for in-platform feedback or application inaccuracy flagging, so that you didn't have to write to customer service for those requests, but had a way to flag them inside the portal itself.
Anyway, the service delivery continued with about 3-7 applications being sent on my behalf daily as far as I could tell, and I received contact for my first interview after about 70 applications, there seems to be a delay between when these are sent and how long it takes for the employers to actually review and respond back, but after that I received 4 more call backs and went through the interview process, which eventually led to a job-offer.
Conclusion?
Is it perfect? - No.
Does it work? - Yes!
Overall, I am actually incredibly thankful this service exists as it did save me a ton of time and effort and yielded a job that will make the cost of the service pretty irrelevant, so I do recommend that you give it a try if you came across it and hope that this review is helpful, not just for the others trying to use the service but also for WeApply.

Complete scam, save your reputation
I used WeApply and the charged me 115 dollars for 100 applications. They applied for jobs that were a 5 hour flight from my home. They applied for jobs that required languages I did not speak. When I asked for a refund, they kept half my money.

Waste of time and money. Very disappointing.
Not having enough time in the day to apply to new jobs as soon as they are published, WeApply seemed like a great idea. I bought the 300 application package that found 10 jobs per weekday and applied to them. However, many of the roles were not suitable comparable to what I was looking for. After 3 months and all 300 applications used up, I received not one single request for an interview through this service.
I requested a refund due to the poor performance of the service but this was denied due to their terms and conditions.

Heard back from 0 jobs
WeApply applied for almost 200 jobs on my behalf and I didn’t hear from a single company, not even for rejections. I applied for jobs on my own at the same time and had a 40% first interview/phone interview response rate.
It turns out that at one point WeApply had been applying for jobs under a non-existent email address (they used my email + outlook.com despite me not having an Outlook email) so that may be the cause. But they were also applying for jobs on my behalf that I definitely didn’t qualify for—I was looking for a remote technical support role, and they were applying to jobs like Staff Engineer or Backend Developer where I clearly do not have the skills nor experience. And that’s not me being modest or having impostor syndrome 😂I truly would not qualify for those roles in a sane world. They also applied to jobs on my behalf in India and Louisiana that were clearly not remote as listed on the application.
I only got a partial credit/refund. The account manager I had been speaking to was nice enough, but when I asked him when I’d receive my credit he said he no longer worked at the company. Seems like the company is not doing well.
Don’t bother—I know it can feel overwhelming being unemployed and not hearing from anyone, but WeApply won’t give you what you need.

I went from receiving "we regret to inform you" emails to being the one writing those emails to prospecting employers
I used this service to supplement my own manual job search efforts; however, it went above and beyond my expectations. It not only applied to jobs in my sleep, it found opportunities I never would have thought to look for. I wound getting multiple requests for job interviews, received at least three job offers (one of which I ultimately accepted) and I went from the person receiving "we regret to inform you" emails to being the one having to draft those same emails to prospective employers. I would absolutely recommend this service to anyone searching for a job.
Very practical job-finding solution
I recently re-entered the job market after being in the process of concluding an MBA. With coursework and projects, I had little time to dedicate to looking for relevant jobs.
This is when I came across WeApply and decided to give them a try. My experience with their service has exceeded my expectations and I have been able to keep my schedule while receiving multiple job interviews for roles that fit my interests and background and am now in the final processes of getting a job offer. I highly recommend WeApply to anyone who wants help in finding a new job.
