Very professional service
We have used this company now on numerous occasions. They have always been professional and helpful from the outset. They guarantee their work and attend to adjust any issues. Their fitter Rafal is without a doubt the best most precise joiner I have seen. His attention to detail and finish product is exceptional.
This is how all companies should carry out their customer service and care. Their doors are of a very high standard and delivery was promt.
Rafal was polite and courteous throughout and any company is extremely lucky to have him on their staff.

10 out of 10 ! Great Service
Easy to look at doors on the website and to choose on a rainy Sunday night. Monday booked survey and a few weeks later fitted and the door looks Fantastic. Fitter was great, clean tidy and nice with it too. All around 10 out of 10 !

Beautifully Installed door
Never used WE Do Doors before so was a new experience for us. We came across them searching the web for a door supplier and installer and we was not disappointed. After choosing the door online, we were contacted by them to arrange a time to meet their surveyor (Liam) who came and measured up. I was impressed by the fact they sent me another email just to confirm my exact choices (in case you make a mistake). The surveyor is the same person who fits the door so no worries there. When the door arrived and was fitted I was totally impressed by the workmanship, the door is perfect and has made a huge difference to the appearance of the property. Liam was always keeping the area clear where he was working and no mess at all was left as he took all the rubbish away. I don't often do more than a couple of lines for a review, but I felt this one has to be mentioned. I was so impressed with the job that I am now in the process of ordering another door for the opposite entrance. Thank you Liam and We do Doors.

Main problem is that this company is they are not Fensa
Main problem is that this company is not FENSA registered, so if you have a glazed door from them you will not get a certificate, which is something you need if you want to sell your house.

We are truly sorry to hear you were not happy with the service you received from us.
When the day comes to sell your property, you may be asked by your solicitor to produce what Is called a “Certificate of Compliance” if your door is more than 50% glass.
In is common for customers to refer to Fensa, as the belief is that Fensa are the only organisation that can provide a certificate if required.
As it stands, multiple organisations can issue the required certificate if needed, with the most common being local councils.
As for our doors, and even if they don’t have 50% or more glass, they are manufactured & installed to meet the strict building standards code that ensure they comply to modern standards.

Provided a quote that was 1/2 of other providers. Provided a clear impression of timescales and updates on progress through manufacturing and QC process. Local fitter was quick, thorough and clean. So far have had no issues!

I’m really happy with my new door and the whole experience. The process was very straightforward from the beginning — communication with the installer was clear and easy, and everything was explained well.

I chose what I wanted and wow my front door is lovely, all the neighbours have asked about the colour? Where I bought it? Wow Andy was so helpful - I phoned to see if he could match some paint for a scratch on my front door. Andy sourced the paint colour for me and sent it out promptly. He was very pleasant and a pleasure to talk to. It’s so rare to have such good customer service these days and to speak to a human being. Definitely a 5 star experience. The paint arrived quickly and is the exact colour. Would recommend this firm.
