I ordered some boots online, but 6 days later I still hadn't received a dispatch notification. Their website states orders are dispatched on certain days but should be sent out within 3 days. I filled in the online form but heard nothing back. I then called them. A lady took my details and said someone would call back, but nobody has. I now think I may have to contact the bank to get my money back. All I need is an email to let me know what's happening with my order.

Excellent speedy delivery

Replacement soles for Duckfeet shoes ordered online, item showed in stock at time the order was placed. 13th December contacted Customer Service to be told item was on back order and as this was a special order no refund was available.Eventually received notification order sent 3 January however no movement on order until further email sent, delivery finally received 9th January. Total lack of information forth coming from Watkinson Shoes, I will not be placing any further orders.

Visited the shop and dealt online and excellent both times. Friendly, accommodating and excellent customer service. I have no hesitation in recommending them. ( off to York and will call in)

Excellent service in the shop. Time to look and try on, huge selection of shoes and very helpful staff. Prices were excellent too. I exchanged a pair and sorted by return of post.

Bad customer service shoes arrived 12 days after ordered instead of 3-5 which was too late. I phoned and was told to returns and they would refund shoes and postage. Refunded shies but not postage which the said they would only £3.95 but why say they would when they didnt.

On a short trip to York at the end of February, my elderly father bought some shoes, but once home, he realised they were too heavy for him. Watkinsons were so kind about extending the return date. They also offered advice via email on different types of shoes that dad may find better. Alice....you're a star. Thank you.
