Terribly organised trip
Terribly organised trip. €300 cleaning fee plus €500 room displacement for a 4 person shoebox room that was left clean. Very unresponsive and when they finally showed us the ‘evidence’ of the mess left they sent a video of a clean room it was laughable. They still are insisting it wasn’t clean as one bed did not have one sheet removed. Was not a good experience. Worst customer experience I’ve ever had. On top of that they told the rental company that I had never returned my equipment, who then tried to charge me money, but when they double checked they realised that they did have my returned equipment. There were also a lot more fun organised things promised that never happened. The price of the trip was extortionate in the first place and now they are withholding the deposit and trying to charge €115 more.

We are very sorry to hear about your frustration with your experience.
To clarify, the cleaning and damage charges come directly from the accommodation agencies in resort. We do not apply these charges ourselves but act as the intermediary.
We always try to challenge or reduce these costs where possible on behalf of our passengers. In this case, the room was not left in the condition expected by the accommodation provider, and unfortunately, they upheld the charge based on their inspection. We understand this can feel unfair, especially when the space seems clean, and we’re sorry this has impacted your experience.
