Max Smith was an outstanding ski rep throughout our trip. He was always approachable, organised, and quick to help with anything we needed, whether it was sorting activities, giving advice about the resort, or dealing with any issues that came up. He created a really positive atmosphere and made everyone feel welcome and included.
Max struck a great balance between being professional and fun, and it was clear he genuinely cared about making sure we had the best possible experience. His communication was excellent, and we always felt well-informed and supported.
Overall, Max played a big part in making the trip enjoyable and stress-free, and we would happily recommend him to anyone going on a ski holiday.
