I used it for dry cleaning. They were timely and responsive.

Used the laundry service in Hyderabad area. Very punctual and professional.

Horrible service, extremely unprofessional staff. No clear information.
No clear information on pick, they have 2 hourly slots, mine was 3-5pm and person came around 5:30.
I needed express service that was rs 200 kg, and it was 7kg so 1400 in total but the unprofessional staff was not clear on how much to charge. I got one message that the total was rs 400 something, then lady called and said it’s 938 and then last message that it was 1400.
Then when I received clothes they were not even washed and just folded dirty. Since I was travelling i used express service, and when contacted the company they asked to return it so they clean it and send back.

Any traveller beware of this stupid service. Express means pay 2.5 times more to get dirty clothes folded and sent back.

I have been using washho since a couple of years now and have had all good experiences with their dry cleaning services.

Even if something went wrong, their customer care helped me through it!

Will be continuing to use the app for my future dry cleaning needs!!

Good experience! Had some urgent dry cleaning requirements. They did well. The app isn't all that great right now but they make up for it with emailed status messages, payment links and pickup and delivery details. The team deserve five stars. Rated them the same on Google Play(for excellent customer service).
