I was apprehensive buying of this website after reading many bad reviews but personally I had a good experience with the company. Order as described, deliverd on a second day. Very good price point too.

excellent delivery, 48 hour tracked with Royal Mail, actually arrived next day! Bought a greatly reduced Regatta coat, and even received an extra 10%discount. The coat is amazing..

Item marked as dispatched. Two days later I get an email saying the item was found to be faulty during packaging. I called as I was offered an alternative. The "sole manager" was rude, gave 3 different excuses for the item even though i stated what the email had said about the item at the start of the call then continued to talk over me and wouldn't let me finish my sentences. I asked for a refund as I am appalled at the way she spoke over me and how rude she spoke.

Picked up an absolute bargain from this company & I wasn’t really looking but thankfully I did. Fast delivery and easy payment process with up to date courier information.

Sent me a used Ridgeline torrent coat with animal hair on and on the inside so obviously it had been worn previously, sent Warwickshire clothing message for a return and prepaid returns label and heard nothing back

Sent the wrong item. Returns process involves contacting them for a label. Printable only. No printer so had to wait for this through the post. Had to reorder correct item and pay again. Item has come and is NOT as advertised. No brand label. Have contacted them about this and awaiting a response but disappointing and embarrassing to give as a gift and have this pointed out. Still awaiting refund of original incorrect item! Beware.

Had a reply about unbranded (inauthentic?)item. No apology and blamed a manufacturing fault. Advised they would set aside another one and send it when they received my return. I had to ask for a return label in the post AGAIN as they only sent an emailed version AGAIN. Waited weeks for this to arrive. Finally returned the item and they have refunded it instead of sending me a replacement. When I complained they said I could reorder. I don't think so. Not a third time. Terrible company. Painful, drawn out communications.

I ordered a pair of what were advertised as wax cotton over trousers, I examined the photo of them and it looked fine. What arrived was a pair of "treggings" not trousers. I have e-mailed the company twice about returning them and they haven't bothered to reply. So beware before buying.

I have purchased quite a few different items from this Company and must say they are all excellent quality, prices are amazing too for what you receive, Staff are always helpful and friendly. Highly recommend and will definitely be purchasing more items from them.

I was a bit nervous looking at the reviews before ordering, so whacked it on a credit card just in case. However, got a fantastic price on a regatta changing robe, arrived swiftly, well packaged and product was flawless. Would definitely order from company again.

Bought a new hat - their website size guide was misleading so I ordered the wrong size.
They happily provided a free return and quickly issued the replacement so now it's all good. They just need to provide a little better sizing info & it would be 5 stars.

Would not recommend buying clothing from Warwickshire clothing, bought 4 items from the Shaftesbury and Gillingham show and 3 items washed for the first time the colour has run. Refuse to wash the 4th item, followed all washing instructions. To say the items aren’t cheap you wouldn’t expect this to happen. Their customer service is appalling, I called yesterday and spoke to a very nice man who looked into the situation and spoke to a manager who agreed to refund the whole amount, emails sent to evidence this was told to call today for the refund where I spoke to the most RUDE lady who claims she was a manager who clearly needs to be re taught her customer service skills who refused to honour what was promised a FULL REFUND! Avoid at all costs over priced clothes that do not wash well and good luck trying to get in contact with customer services

Excellent Craghopper trousers, a good price and a great service and quick recorded delivery. Highly recommended repeat sale, and will use again.

Great service. Contacted me by phone with an order query. Item dispatched quickly. Unfortunately, this didn’t fit well so had to return. They have promptly refunded me. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!

Awful. Sent me the Wong item and when I ordered an exchange, they messed that up also. Left with no present for Xmas. Cheers Warwickshire.. I won't be back

Went to millets farm in Abingdon as I know the man from Warwickshire clothing will be there.
There clothing is of great quality and prices are good too.I buy my husbands shirts from there as quality is second to none.also my daughter was looking for a decent coat that was waterproof and she found a lovely coat for herself and her 10 year old daughter and she was very happy.keep up the good work.I highly recommend that if you want anything from hats gloves any kind of clothing this is the place to go to or you can go online and buy from them.also the man in the shop was lovely and very helpful

First time using this company, so I didn't really know what to expect. Well, the shirt arrived today and its absolutely superb! Excellent quality which would match a shirt twice the price. And to top all that, free postage.

My wife bought me some moleskin trousers at the Sandringham show. They turned out to be slightly smaller than my normal m & s size. Warwickshire clothing exchanged them very promptly with minimal fuss by post. Would definitely recommend them.

No issues, easy ordering was offered a discount code so taken up that offer, purchased a gorgeous shower jacket at a bargain price, would use again, postage didn’t take long at all, very happy
