I previously left a 5 srar review as I was unaware that I had been scammed yes the two young men that came to do the foil loft insulation were polite and tidied up after them selves but I was totally unaware that the “job” they did was done in 2hours 45 minutes I had been charged extra for my loft being emptied as it was full to the rafters they removed aproxamately 8/10 boxes and when I questioned them was told by Jo that it didn’t need to be emptied as he could move the boxes around while they did the work the pictures I have show that the foil is not fitted correctly has raw edges where it had been cut and just looks like it was tucked behind my property in the loft I also paid extra to have the timbers treated I heard them using a pump action “garden spray bottle?” i should have known I was being scammed it wasn’t until after I had paid the balance of the £3,300 cost that I sat down and thought about it and questioned myself and spoke to my daughter (who was livid) that I realised what had been done or should I say not done

So please be aware of this company my experience was so like the other customers that I had a cold call from the company on the Friday surveyor came on the Tuesday and the “work team” due between 8am/10am they turned up at 09.45 and were gone by 12.20 ish company were quick to call for payment within 5 minutes of them leaving like an idiot I payed the balance
Please Please Please speak to a member of your family before you do anything
The surveyor that came out to me was charming and made out he was doing me a favour by doing it cheaper than it should have been done I fell for it hook line and sinker so am £3,300 short for my holiday next year to celebrate my 70th birthday so beware

Zack and Shaun arrived this morning to install foil in our loft. There was a little bit of storage for them to move to be able to work. But they managed to do that rather efficiently really happy with the work we have seen would recommend to friends and family.

We have just had the silver foil fitted in the loft by Sam and Iiyah who did a great job. They arrived promptly and were very friendly, professional, efficient and helpful. I was a little anxious about getting the work done as there is quite a lot of stuff in the attic. The guys were great and moved boxes to make space and brought some of them downstairs for me, so I could sort them. They have done a really nice job fitting the foil and were very respectful when talking to my husband and I. They only had a short break for lunch and checked in with me before they took their break. Once the foil was all applied they asked me to check it over, to be sure I was happy with the work. They've done a great job and they vacuumed and cleared up when they were finished, which I really appreciated. Would definitely recommend these guys and Lawrence the surveyor was very helpful and patient too.

from start to finish everything was explained to me in full including the finance options. the rep was very patient while i sorted the finances out.
I was not put under any pressure to purchase at any time.
the 2 installers turned up nice and early which was in the time frame expected. Both Same and Iiyal (not sure of spelling) were friendly and professional. Sam put me at ease and we chatted about the army as we both had served. from when they walked through the door, putting covers on their feet, to when they left i couldnt have asked for a better couple of lads.
when they finished, Sam went through the paperwork and explained everything in great detail before i signed anything.
As soon as they left, i got a call asking if i was satisfied and to sort the payment. the lady was patient and friendly.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone requiring foil insulation or anything else that the Company supplies
