Cheap wine - nothing special
The ordering process and delivery was decent - I was just rather disappointed by the wines. The Rioja was rather acidic - not to my taste and not what I’d expect of a Rioja. For the price I think I’m better sticking to supermarket multibuy offers.

Was attracted by the half price offer…
Was attracted by the half price offer featured on MSE, 12 bottles for half price at £60.
Bitterly disappointed with the quality of the wines, really only fit for cooking. They are bland and uninteresting with little flavour and heavy in the sulphites. I would not recommend or buy again.
I have received a partial refund for the unopened bottles of wine.

Delivery of case excellent, what was/is in the case lacking. Paid for 12 month delivery = con won't be using it. Bought it off the back of tv finance guru deal.

I left a pretty poor review of my first experience with Warehouse Wines as it was blatantly obviously a bottle had been pinched from the case going by the large hole in the box that the delivery driver chose to hide from me.
Due to a misunderstanding with my wife, I believed the delivery lorry belonged to Warehouse Wines and thought this was particularly poor show. (I now know that it was actually Parcel Force)
The wine company have been in touch several times and I honestly cannot fault their customer service, absolutely 5 star. Megan has even offered to send a replacement bottle, which is kind considering I am now convinced the case of 12 left their premises intact.
I can only apologise for the review that was written with a bit of red mist involved.
