We can't speak highly enough of Ella Saunders and Gill Gallagher in the conveyancing team at Wards. All property purchases and sales are stressful and they did everything possible to keep us fully informed and demonstrated that they were on top of things throughout the process. It is impossible to speak to a solicitor to gauge if they are capable of completing the requested work. You have to deal with admin staff that are rude and won’t let you explain what is needed. They send emails internally and no one calls you back. Very frustrating as Wards holds historical information on the property in question. Had a large piece of expensive legal work to be done, will now ensure they are not instructed.
