Friends shop here often and rave about Simone and her staff and the lovely clothes. I knew what I wanted but couldn’t find online. I rang the shop at 5.15, the phone was answered immediately, Simone found the jeans, took payment and delivered them to me the next day! How’s that for brilliant customer service!

Disappointed.. insignificant postage paid
Disappointed my parcel was delayed as not enough postage was paid. When I contacted the the shop to check, I was told to email my evidence for this. I did this only to have all emails returned undelivered. I advised the shop, no apology just told I had to try and find them on Facebook to share my evidence. I paid the postage myself, Disappointed as last time the service was very good. I'll think twice about another order.
