Paid money - nothing received and no replies to emails chasing this up

Sadly I didn't read these reviews before ordering. Ordered a canvas print over three weeks ago, Absolutely nothing from them since. They haven't replied to two emails and one their request form. I'm giving it another week before contacting the bank and trying to get my money back. Appallingly bad service. In this day and age how can a company ike this still be able to advertise and take customers money.

Sadly I’m coming here after purchasing a piece of framed art. I purchased it on 08-Nov-25, the order has remained in a confirmed status since. I have sent 2 emails which remain unanswered. I spent €88 and I’m so disappointed as this is a Christmas gift. How is this Company allowed to trade if these are the customer complaints.

Order never arrived but my money was taken immediately, two emails and a contact form sent - no reply. My advice is - shop somewhere else!

Bought a framed canvas 2 October 25,
No canvas ,no response to emails nobody answers the phone had to raise a dispute with credit card company for refund.

Very unprofessional.

Unfortunately didn't read reviews before ordering. No delivery after 2 weeks and no response to chases. Have requested a refund and will take action with my credit card if required. Very poor.

Order put in on October 13th, zero response other than taking my money and giving a receipt. Should of been a 7 day turn around, but I'm still waiting for any kind of development or sign of life on 19th of November.
Order has now been cancelled, we'll see where this gets me, then it's off to PayPal and my bank to claw back the money.
If you order from these "people", you can bother Ashley Scott their Relations Manager if you have a premium Linkedin account.
UPDATE - I've had to escalate this issue from a dispute into a claim with PayPal and they've just returned my money today (11/12/25). Even during all of that there was zero communication from WallArt.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. If you've ordered from them get PayPal to do their job and get your money back.

I have just received refund from my card provider for non delivery of a £53 framed print. I believe that despite the seductive web site that this is a (non registered) very small operation out of control. Most likely with more orders than it can manage effectively. They have no contact detail. Their tracking system does not function, they have no phone number and they ignore emails. I suggest you do not risk ordering as the probability of correct receipt is very unlikely.

I wish I had red the reviews before ordering. By far the worst customer service I have ever received. After my order arrived damaged (wrapped in one piece of shrink wrap!) I contacted them by email with pictures. I had to email 6 times over the next week and only got a response upon advising I would be initiating a chargeback through my bank. They offered to replace, but then all communication went dead again. I have contacted them 4 times in the last 9 days and had zero response and no replacement sent. Do not trust this company.

Do not buy from them. They are con artists

I purchased a framed canvas. DO NOT BUY from this company, paid £79.99 and when I opened it, it looked like it was purchased from a car boot sale, it wasn’t fitted in the frame properly, the holding pins had popped through and damaged my print. The frame is like cardboard and damaged in the corner. The company do not reply to emails and never answer the phone. Absolute rubbish company that don’t even deserve 1 star.

I purchased some wall art from them a few weeks ago, after waiting seven days, I contacted their delivery service Evri. I was told that the courier had missed the connection, and that was causing the delay. On the 13th day of awaiting delivery. I was informed the painting had been damaged in transit and was undeliverable. The next day I emailed WallArtDirect informing them of the situation , and could they send a replacement. Five days later , no reply, so I emailed them requesting a refund. That was several days ago. No Reply. I am now considering legal action to recoup my money .

I ordered a wine rack from Wall-Art on 6 September, and as of 5 November, it has still not been delivered. I’ve sent nine emails chasing this up and have only received a single response — back in September. Since then, I’ve repeatedly asked for a delivery update, and more recently, a refund. Both have been completely ignored.

The level of customer service is absolutely appalling. This kind of disregard for customers is unacceptable and disgraceful. To take money, fail to deliver a product, and then ignore all follow-up communication is beyond unprofessional — it borders on a scam. I strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from this company.

Ordered 13 aug canvas print . 30th Nov still nothing .. mailed numerous times with false promises of delivery . Asked for refund and now they are ignoring me .. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE . THE CRAPPIEST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HEARD OR COME ACROSS .. im going to trading standards and citizens advice about this . I hope everybody gets their money back who's in the same boat and close these Fxxxers down

I paid on 6 October. 17 days later, nothing has arrived. I have tried every form of contact. They simply do not respond.

Artwork was exactly as shown and arrived within two business days of purchasing. Thank you!

Delivery charges on website very misleading. I ordered two items and on each item when you click delivery details it states they offer you free delivery however on final payment I was charged £4.95 delivery. I emailed to complain and received a reply stating free delivery was only on canvas and prints. This was not made clear on my purchases.

Do not use this company, I placed an order, they took my money, but I did not receive my goods. It is impossible to contact them. They are a complete scam. I should have read the Trustpilot reviews before I ordered from them.
