Absolutely Horrible Experience – Never Again!
I don’t usually write reviews, but my experience with Wabo Jerseys was so unbelievably bad that I felt I had to warn others. This company is an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I honestly regret ever placing an order with them.
First off, I reached out to them before ordering to ask for help with sizing. I wanted to make sure I got the right fit, so I wouldn’t have to deal with any hassle later. They responded and recommended a specific size based on my height and weight. I trusted their advice and went with what they suggested. Big mistake.
When the jersey finally arrived – after a long wait – I was immediately disappointed. The size they recommended was WAY too small. It wasn’t even close to fitting me properly. I couldn’t wear it at all. It was completely useless. It felt like they had just thrown out a guess for the size and didn’t actually take anything I said into consideration. So I contacted them right away, hoping for a simple exchange.
That’s when things got even worse. Their customer service is beyond terrible. I reached out via WhatsApp – the same place where we had the original conversation about sizing – and I was completely shocked at how unprofessional and careless they were. They gave me vague, unhelpful responses. One minute they were saying “let me check,” then I wouldn’t hear back for days. I had to keep following up like I was begging for a solution. At one point, I even sent screenshots of the original conversation to prove they had given me the wrong recommendation – but they didn’t care.
There was zero accountability, no proper apology, and absolutely no effort to fix the issue. They didn’t want to help with an exchange, they didn’t offer any compensation, and they treated me like it was my fault – even though I had literally followed their recommendation. The whole experience felt like I was dealing with amateurs who don’t care about their customers at all. They were rude, dismissive, and completely lacking in any basic sense of customer service.
I’m honestly disgusted by the way they handled everything. I ended up wasting my money on a jersey I can’t even wear, and hours of my time going back and forth with people who clearly don’t know what they’re doing.
Save yourself the frustration – don’t buy from Wabo Jerseys. I will NEVER buy from them again, and I would strongly warn everyone to stay far away. They don’t stand by their word, they don’t care about their customers, and they have no idea how to run a professional business. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone – not even for free. Total disappointment.
