Excellent quick and Friendly service

Arranging the car rental was seamless from start to finish. The member of staff was courteous, professional and very helpful, offering us a range of cars from which to choose.
On collection, the car was immaculately presented and it proved to be a good choice for the journey made. The rental price was highly competitive and very reasonable. I can’t recommend this service more highly. First class, in fact.

Amazing service from these guys. Nothing is too much trouble. The cars always seem to be brand new. This time I had use of a lovely ‘24 plate Škoda Fabia with all the bells and whistles. Always an incredibly fair price, and flexible on pick ups/drop off times.

Third time I've used VWFS, and the first time I've used Sunderland. Dominics Service was fluid and accommodating,good advice on car size I needed and great price. As I'd rented previously, it was a fairly quick process.
Car as always is clean and always perfect.
Would I rent again. Of course , nowhere else comes close on service ,value and standards.

What can I say? First they we able to accommodate my family and I at last minute due to another car rental place ripping us off. To providing a new state of the art car to travel the northeast for 2weeks. Also when I wanted to extend it a a few days, they were more than happy to do so. I will definitely be hiring from them again on my next visit. Thanks team.
