Website was easy to use to book and pay for car. Hired a Skoda Fabia. Car was ready when I arrived. The lady who dealt with me (Katy) was very friendly and professional. The staff i encountered were friendly and welcoming. Everything was explained clearly and I felt happy and confident with the whole process. I will be using this firm again in the near future and would highly recommend them

Used this company for a work weekend away. We was supporting a lady with learning disabilities on her UK holiday she was really happy with the comfort the car provided. VWFS are my preferred car rental company in Mansfield. I've been using them for several years and would not go anywhere else. Consistently excellent service and very competitively priced - half the cost of the nearest car rental company. The cars are all in excellent condition and there is great selection. Very flexible and friendly staff as well - would highly recommend!
