Very professional smooth experience renting/ picking up and dropping of the car. Car was clean and fully charged and didn’t have to be fully charged for the return which was useful. No waiting around - straight in and out… very good over all experience.

Easy, Straight forward rental. No drama, or hidden costs. Everything was smooth, the car was clean, return was as explained when picking up and the deposit was refunded as per agreed. Would use again.

The car and the customer service was great. I had to extend my rental a few times and Jay was brilliant over the phone quick and easy conversation and the car was extended in matter of minutes. Great experience and would recommend this rental company to anyone.

I needed a van rented last minute to move house. I was able to book online easily with less than 24 hours notice. They were easily accessible via the phone to my queries. Their staff were very friendly, especially Jay who helped me at the desk. The van itself was great, easy to drive! Would rent from them again.

Hired a vw multivan for taking the family on holiday, we hired the hybrid version but they didn't have one on the day which was disappointing. But the van was so easy to drive and the price was so good for a 7 seater. Was offered a discount on next booking as they didn't have the hybrid which made up for the mistake. Would definitely use again.

Hired a VW Multivan to take the family up to the Lake District. Drove like a car not a van & was really comfortable with loads of space for the kids & laugage.. Really easy to book on line & really competitive against other multi national hire companies. Collection & return made really quick & easy by Jay.. Can highly recommend using VW.
