Great way to test an electric car for a week... Great car and great experience. My only criticism would be that it would of been good to have had a full charge when picking the car up.

I rented from here for the second time, what went unnoticed on inspection was a tiny stone chip at the bottom of the windscreen in the sealed area, I drove the car for a few miles and discovered there was no water in the washer bottle to clean the windscreen, I had to stop on the road and clean by hand as I could not see, early the next morning I had to pour warm water over the windscreen to de ice as bottle was empty and drove off, it was then I noticed the crack just appearing into view from the bottom, when I arrived they went straight to this small crack and told me they were taking my deposit of £250 and was just bad luck, it was absolute that this tiny chip was there and having no water to wash the screen put me in a predicament to de ice myself and this chip webbed out, they did apologise for the washer bottle and took the deposit in any case, just be aware

The car was clean and ready when I arrived to pick it up. Paperwork straightforward. It worked faultlessly (except that it needed oil on day one....)

Reliable friendly service. On a monthly hire package, after a few months the car I had was being sold so the company came to collect and dropped of an even newer car of the same model. All drop offs and pick ups of the vehicle were included and communicated really well and I live a fair way away from the company. Overall very happy with the service, thank you.

The almost unique selling point for me is that I know which car I’m going to have. I needed a large estate, so I booked a Passat estate and that is what I was given. Not ‘or similar’.
