We got this dress for my daughters. The fabric was absolutely stunning and the dress was very well made down the back and across the bodice/backside. The fit was perfect. The straps had to be adjusted tighter to hold the bust in place. The joining below the bust puckered a little as it was not sewn on completely straight. But we had a dress maker take it off and redo it. We added a few diamonds across the chest and centre band .......and it is stunning. Very very happy.

I received the dress on time and when expected and was extremely happy as soon as i saw the dress! The colour and quality of the dress was perfect and it was worth every penny. The dress was beautiful and i received many compliments from other people on my prom night who thought the same thing. People commented on how different the dress was and how well made it was. Bridesmaid: I did provide my custom measurements, however, i measured the bust of the dress and it is a 31-32. My request was for a 35. I'm just really anxious because that was not the size that I requested.

Bridesmaid: this whole experience has been horrendous. i am just frustrated at this whole transaction.

I paid for our wedding invitations from vponsale.com online on June 11, 2011 & did not receve them until today, July 19! This marks the end of a drawn-out ordeal of unanswered questions & continuously sloppy service. Once a vponsale rep called us at 10:10 pm (woke me up), then it took 45 minutes for the employee to understand that we needed to have the proofs printed on paper & sent to our physical address- a flaw in my computer's software prevented us from accessing the attachments of the proofs via email.The reason I rate them one star instead of none is because the cards are elegant & attractive.

Writing as a very angry dissatisfied customer of this absolute joke of a company. After trying many many times to SPEAK to a member of staff, even throughout the night as their advertised opening hours are 1am-9am being in China, not once did anyone pick up. The online chat service is a sham.
Now to the actual dresses. I ordered 6 bridesmaids dresses, Firecracker colour with a flower shoulder detail, 3 different sizes. When they arrived, they were packed in a bin bag that had been celo-taped ridiculously tight, not a great first impression. The first thing i noticed was that the dresses were not the firecracker colour i had ordered but bright orange. I then started to look for the sizes (1 size 10, 3 size 12's and 1 size 14) i realised that none of the dresses had size labels on them. So after trying on each individual dress to try and guess the sizes, it quickly become apparent that none of the dresses were the same in size. I would say i have an 8, a size 10, a size 11 (if that existed) etc etc...
Also, to make matters worse, not only were the flower details all different looking, the petals had strings of glue coming of them and some were even falling off. The satin waistbands had staple holes in them and the lining of the dress was horrid.
I have asked for a refund, to which they have refused. This is supposed to be a pleasant experience and they have caused me nothing but upset. I RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. "

i love my wedding invitations! i received an e-mail after ordering to confirm lettering and what the invites would look like then after i replied the company printed them! amazing timing AND price!

I ordered my dress for my High School Prom - my dress arrived in good time and is absolutely stunning and so very well made. I looked beautiful in my dress. I will certainly order again.

I ordered 3 of these dresses for my bridesmaids for my wedding in May.
I was concerned that they wouldn't be suitable, so I ordered one first in what I thought would be the right size but these dresses are small made but thankfully it did fit another bridesmaid perfectly so I therefore ordered a bigger size for the original bridesmaid and I am happy to say that this is a much better fit.
I ordered a standard size and the length of each dress is fantastic as they are massively long and we are also going to get bags made of the surplus.
The dresses came really on time and I will definitely use this site again and I may even order some dresses for my honeymoon or hen night!

The only thing I would complaint is to order the dresses sooner, It’s 50-days waiting!!! Thanks to God Vponsale made sure all the dresses got to us before the wedding. And dresses are just our sizes, which made us great pleasure!

I recived my 3 bridesmaids dress yesterday, as stated on the emails recived from you after i have sent 2 emails, i must say you always return my question by email within a couple of days. also you did check the dress sizes with me which i think is good, but still there are problems with the dresses
The dresses are ok, apart from they looked ruff and the pleating dose not connect in the right place on 2 of the three dresses, also the lace work on the dresses are ruff and not cut out in some places.
I am disopointed in the lack of finish, i will not be returning the dresses as i have no time before the wedding, and i will end up with no dresses rather than badly put together dresses, this is the first and last time i shall order with you. i shall keep with my other hong kong based dress makers Light in the box, which is fab, there dresses are finished with care and love, and the bridesmaid dresses from them make yours look ruff and hurried. I want a discount for the wait and the condition of the finished dresses, or i shall ask paypal to refund all money paid due to the standard of finish.
I am sorry that i am putting a negative review on here with all the good ones, and i think people should read your reviews on the other rateing site as well.

Ok i am back after being asked to say what has happened.....
I wish to thank this vpron for there help, they have refunded me £125 of my !85.00 order. (i am very happy with this as one dress was great apart from the laceing). they HAVE replyed to all my emails and always been most helpfull with the problems as above stated.
money was paid into my paypal account with in days of the agreement amount. BUT this does not alter the fact that there was problems in the first place! I can not tell everyone on here how great there custermer service has been. BUT there is clearly problems with this company. I feel they would be great if they tried harder. and looked at maybe better staff in the factories and a uk contact to deal with uk orders, the same with the other counties they cater for. Its great to have a cheap dress outlet, but if the problems that are found to be had can not be sorted then the bad reviews will continue. I would pay more (and have done) for a better service and complete and to spec order, as i bet would many on here .............. so thank you for your help.

My dress came after just 15 days and its amazing. To be honest I got the dress a bit night because I thought it wouldn't fit right ... I was worried but now I see I shouldn't have. It came exactly the sizes I sent, I kinda wish I would've put the exact sizes and not worried. The material is amazing and the dress is so close to the picture its great!!! The wedding is April 10th so ill put pictures up then :)

The invites were received promptly, however the response card was too big
to place in the envelopes provided and I had to cut them to fit.I did like the pearlized color of the largest envelope but the red invitation was very difficult to write on for those sending back their RSVP's. Finally,they should use spell check as one of the dinner choices was spelled wrong. I hadn't picked it up in the proofs and sadly it was too late to reorder corrected ones.

I couldn't believe how fast they printed and shipped them, holy smokes! And they arrived early(due 1-3-11 and arrived 12-31-10)-from China! I was somewhat skeptical for the price and where they came from but they are perfect! Exactly as pictured. Very easy to contact and communicate. They even contacted me with questions about the order, now that's unheard of. Super happy with the invitations and easily we could customize everything (we changed the response cards to say what we wanted-we are doing a website RSVP thing so we make it easier to keep track of who's coming to what or who's not coming). Highly recommend this company. Keep up the great work.
