Scam, scam, scam. Avoid this company like the plague. Bought a $350 rug 2 weeks ago. One vague reply and then nothing heard after multiple email inquiries. No contact Phone number, just emails that go unanswered. I will report this company to the ACCC, deal with them at your peril

Mary and Susan did a great job, very knowledgeable about the products and worked with us regarding color, size, quality, etc. We are very pleased with the purchase and would recommend them for all rug needs.

I paid for a rug which I haven't received,i have sent you emails and phoned you several times,no reply to my emails and you don't answer your phones,you have took my money its bad business on your part,i would not order from you again,as I can see this has happened before to someone else

Shocking customer service!

I few weeks agoI purchased 3 of the football club rugs they were excellent. nice to look at and very good quality, I recently needed another one and foolishly found one online that looked the same but was cheaper. Well it is true what they say you get what you pay for. it was awfull much smaller and very thin, I dont know really why I did it because the vogue rugs are not that expensive anyway, needless to say I sent the cheap nasty one back and ordered from vogue, delivery was quick, it was well packed and the rug was the same good quality as the others.

The rugs came quickly, adequately wrapped. I was thrilled with the London Eye rugs. Gorgeous colours and beautiful patterns. The quality was also top rate. Prices are very affordable. I can recommend without reservation.

I ordered the Princess Rug for my little girl's room - the price was amazing for the size and quality of the rug. I ordered it on Tuesday and it was delivered on Thursday - so all round would and have recommended Vogue Rugs to friends and family.

I was a little concerned about buying a rug on-line....mainly because you could not experience or look-feel the quality of the product before purchasing.
I have to say I was pleasantly surprised.......The rug turned up exactly when I expected it ( to the minute) and the rug itself was beautiful !!
Brilliant colours, much thicker than I expected and well manufactured...it was a really high quality rug.
I would certainly use Vogue Rugs again.

As i ordered my rug after Christmas there was a delay in letting me know that the rug was out of stock. However i did ring the company and once they knew they rectified it immedietly The man on the phone was vefy helpfull i got the rug in a matter of days.

the rug is lovely, beautiful rich colour and lovely texture. The only drawback is that it wont settle down at one end from being rolled. We have tried carpet tape, but as its on carpet it doesn't hold too well, the curly bit just keeps pulling it back up. I've tripped over it a couple of times - so its a bit of a hazard.

I purchased a flokita rug very good quality very thick pile. I have a large flokita rug puchased from another company this one purchased from Vouge Rugs is much better.

I would ot hesitate to puchase another rug.
