I booked a insurance for my phone with…
I booked a insurance for my phone with them. It brook, i send it in. They repaired it, but it happend that i got a new phone in between. So after some time now i wanted to use this phone i got back from them and it turns out it is blocked as it apears to be a refurbished phone. I don´t mind it is refurbished but they told me its my problem and they don´t care. So i got the phone repaird but blocked so it is essentially useless. I will never buy with them again.

Unbelievably bad service
Unbelievably bad service. Asked for reciepts for bill payments. Sent me unopenable files. Impossible to get on the phone. Infuriating to deal with. Please stay away from this sham company.

Really poor customer service. Trying to put a new employee on their ring phones has proven to be hugly frustration.

Her Customer service skills are excellent and she is definitely a staff member that others should look to on how to deal with customers. Nicole was most helpful today in recommending a package and setting up the phone for my brother in law who is deaf. She had great patience and understood his need and made sure all was OK before we left the store.
